“I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. From the moment I entered the room, my first impression was so poor that I genuinely felt like leaving immediately.
The overall cleanliness was unacceptable. The room felt dirty and poorly maintained, and the bathroom had a strong musty, mouldy smell. It was obvious that any refurbishment had been purely cosmetic, with fresh paint simply covering over old stains and deterioration rather than addressing the underlying problems. There were...
