โVery, very friendly staff! They had thought of everything, and were so happy to accommodate any requests. Laundry available for free, a list of nearby restauraunts and their menus, shared areas with games. You may run into other guests, or share the breakfast area with them. You can bring your own food and store it in the kitchen space, just be aware that other visitors have access to the shared kitchens. Bedroom was cleanโ

โAlthough this property is small, the people running it are big hearted.
We were driving from Isle of Skye on a very stormy day when we received message from Mark and Louisa to inform us that we could checkin earlier as they did not want us to be waiting in the storm until checkin time. We were quite touched by the gesture.
The free parking was very convenient. The room was clean and well decorated. The toilet + shower were modern and comfortable.
Excellent breakfast with homemade everything....
โOverall stay was excellent. We would go and stay again. But our experience with one of the staff was very bad. I did not have breakfast option so bought one breakfast for my mother in law. I was accused of eating without paying without even confirming with me. I was not asked politely, but the breakfast supervisor stood over my head and said that I ate without paying as one of her staff member saw me eating breakfast. Which was, of course, rubbish. I confronted them and they apologized. But...

โStunning area for a Highlands stay. Fantastic price for a really neatly kept chalet. Our family of four were very comfortable. Kettle, coffee and tea for the morning and super cozy space heater for the cool highland morning.โ
โWe had the most wonderful stay at Coille Darach b&b! The host was exceptional and very attentive to our needs and very friendly, and had some lovely conversations with her. Breakfast was wonderful & delicious! The property is very nice and well maintained and the room had great amenities and was very comfortable and relaxing. Would definitely stay here and again and recommend to others. Very pleased with our decision to stay in this beautiful area in the Highlands! โ

"the view was astonishing. worth a one night stay. but the manager wasn't very friendly. didn't even inform when is the breakfast time or check out time etc when check-in. we asked for blanket and sheet for the sofa bed, but he unnecessarily said since we are two people staying, they didn't make the sofa bed. and reluctantly said they would send the blanket implying only blanket can be provided. but sheet and the blanket came, but i don't understand why they were reluctant to supply these cause even if we are two people, we are also free to use different bed. and the coffee pot isn't detachable and hard to plug it from where it is placed, so you have to move the whole to different place to use it. sofa bed indeed wasn't so comfortable so make sure you can handle the back sore after the night. this hotel you can say you are going for the view from your room's window. "
