“Our room was very nice, we had the twin bed room so things were a little close but still not bad. The closet was small but worked well for us. “Beautiful room, tremendous view, lots of little touches, e.g. binoculars on the window ledge, dressing gown and slippers, a dram left on the window ledge, a proper bottle of milk left in the fridge, a wee bottle of irn bru, energy bars….. and the list goes on! So very thoughtful. We had the opportunity to speak to both Peter and Nicola and they were genuinely interested in us having a great time, which we did. “We didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on that. We had evening dinner which was very nice. Staff were friendly and helpful. It was clean but just needs a good update, which is a shame as the hotel was a great stop off for us. The bathroom door was very small to get through and the bed was a small double. All in all a good stay.”
