“No advanced notice that lift wasn't working. No ideal with 2 guest with mobility issues and 3 flights of stairs yo rooms. Also found it odd that there's no secondary glazing for noise in room but yet there was in restataunt. Breakfast was average but bacon hard and overcookec under heat lights. Didn't have the best of choices. All in all very average stay”

“Staff were excellent the property is clean just old, noisy floors and doors old interior but it was fine. ”

“could not use the pool & spa unless we paid £ 50 each for 2 hours which was a surprise when i checked in to the hotel for an overnight”
