“There was nobody at the desk when we arrived for check-in. Multiple bell-rings, knocking on the staff door, walking the length of the hotel inside, and then the circumference of the hotel outside yielded zero staff members. “Front desk attendant Grace was amazing from the moment we arrived. She went above and beyond to help us and even brought extra sheets, etc to our room herself. She answered all questions and was extremely nice, polite and professional. Our king suite was very roomy and clean. The only thing we would have appreciated is a chair. There is more than enough room. Breakfast was good and kids loved the you make waffles with whipped cream and sprinkles!”

“Everything was pretty good except for the door would not latch fully. You literally had to lift up for it to latch and be able to lock it. And minor details like a rusty toilet paper holder and cracked light cover in the bathroom. But the view was so worth it. These would have been a bigger issue if the stay would have been longer. The staff was excellent and very helpful. Will be back just because you have water on both sides and it is secluded from the everyday busy bodies.”

“This Hotel is horrible! It looks as if it hasn’t been updated in 30 years. Carpets are all stained, bedding was stained, hair in the sheets, secondary security lock was broken on the inside of the door. People were smoking cigarettes and marijuana as you could smell it everywhere. It was like 100 room trap house. “Very beautiful Inn. The rooms are very clean and quiet. There are lots of sitting areas on the property, and a pier that you can walk out on to view the bay. The breakfast was wonderful.
