When I checked, it was so bad. Because I made the reservation including breakfast for 2 people but the hotel's staff told me he couldn't find the information in the hotel's system so I would like to show expedia's information in my mobile that is showing my reservation's detail. But the staff told me he doesn't need to see my Expedia application in mobile because it's expedia's information, not hotel's information. It was really disappointing and impolite. I tried to have a communication and share my information several times but he didn't care my efforts. I don't want to recommend this hotel to my people.
