Hotel in itself was great, wonderful customer service. Location was convenient and ideal for outings and attractions. Only downside was that no communal area in hotel and no fridge in room. Room was airy and cool, didn’t need fans or ac as the windows enabled natural cooling. The room was lovely and spacious. Would recommend

We recieved amazing service from Salem! The property was not very clean and not modern, the bathroom was incredibly small, and there was no AC. The area around the Hotel was very nice. However, our highlight was amazing service from our Host Salem!

Awful Service and extreme heat

I called the hotel 4 days before our booking to organise early check in as we were going to an event at BST Hyde Park. Over the phone I was told that we could check in at 12pm rather than 2pm. On our arrival at 12pm we were told that there was no note about this on the booking. I asked the guy on the reception desk who was working when I made the call to book the early check in and it was himself. He said that our room had been moved and there was no note today it had even been arranged. We got changed in a small bathroom, let him know that our friends would need access to the room no later than 2. When they arrived the room was not ready till 3:30. We stayed in a family room on the top floor and there was one small fan that was fixed in the middle of a 35+ degree heatwave. If there had of been children staying this would have been a complete nightmare.

-窓が壊れてて、開かない。部屋がサウナ状態で暑かった -シャワールームが狭くて手が伸ばせない。しかも下水道が詰まってて汚水が流れない -フックがなくて物をかけられない -常駐のフロントがないため何かあったときの連絡ができない -階段が大変でした

Lovely helpful staff and clean room

Lovely friendly staff at reception he was very helpful and let us check in half hour early which was a lovely bonus , they don’t have air con but the gentleman supplied us with 2 strong fans and carried one to the room for us. Room was lovely and clean obviously not 5* but still a lovely place to stay if you just doing the one or two nights.

Very tiny room. Dirty towels were on the floor of the shared bathroom & limited soaps for washing hands. The room got very hot as well & I didn’t feel it safe leaving the window open during the night. But it’s very close to Paddington station so is easy to get around London. Good for a one or two night stay.

One of the worst hotels ive stayed in. I travel internationally almoest every year and the Astoria experience was one of the worst I've had. First, they tried to take us up to an attic room with stairs set at an angle akin to a ladder and we were suppose to get ou luggage up that. I protested that it wouldn't be possible. So they moved us to a closet of a room, they we could barely get ourselves into, with the luggage. And this for almost $200 for 2 people and 1 night. I DO NOT recommend for anyone who has problem with stair or enclosed spaces, especially with no air conditioning.

The room in 4th floor without elevator , some times the water cutting at the shower. The location in active street so you can’t sleep at night.

Stayed for the play off final, cracking location and the hotel even got in touch just to ask about check in due to the game, good standard, comfy and perfect place to stay for that kind of trip!

部屋は狭くて古いですが、清潔にされており、ベッドも寝心地が良く電気ポット、マグカップ、アイロン、ドライヤーなども完備されていてよかったです。ただし、シャワールームの排水溝が詰まっていたことだけが残念でした。また階段は急で狭いですので荷物が多いとやや大変かもしれません。チェックインは二軒隣のホテルで行う形でした。フロントの方は感じが良い方で、持ってき忘れたUK式の電源変換プラグを快く貸してくださいました。レセプションには果物や水なども置かれていました。

Calidad precio genial. Y bien situado

Hotel muy básico pero limpio que es lo importante. Teniamos unas zapatillas de estar en casa y un cepillo de dientes con un bote pequeño de pasta de dientes. Para ir a dormir estaba de sobra. Nuestra habitación era doble con dos camas separadas y baño en la habitación. El hotel NO TIENE ASCENSOR nuestra habitación estaba en el segundo y con las maletas pues era un poco rollo, pero son dos minutos. Al final si vas a Londres es para patear y subir una escalera más no importa. Las camas eran comodas, las almohadas bajas para mi gusto. Tienen ketle con sobres de leche, café y té. La recepción está en el hotel de al lado. Llegamos tarde por culpa del vuelo y contacté con ellos y se esperaron más para hacer el check in. En la entreplanta había otro baño, que cuando llegábamos por la noche estaba limpísimo (olía a recién limpio) y que yo aproveche para adelantar a ducharme. Mientras mi acompañante se duchaba en la habitación. El hotel está a 3 minutos de la estación de paddington(paran allí los trenes del aeropuerto de Heathrow) (hay bastantes sitios para desayunar alrededor) y hay parada de bus (de los rojos) en la misma calle del hotel. Así que genial en cuánto a ubicación. Puntos negativos: moqueta, luz del pasillo encendida toda la noche, falta de persianas (ya sé que sólo las tenemos en España) Que no haya ascensor y poco más.

Pas terrible !!!

Une expérience à ne pas revivre : -lit cassé à l’arrivée Un bureau mais aucune chaise -logé sous la rue, chambre extra bruyante et aucune solution à notre problème. (3 nuits passées sans dormir vraiment) -nous entendions les personnes marcher au dessus de nos têtes, le plancher craquer, les personnes discuter, les voitures, les passants… -des odeurs de cigarettes dans notre couloir… Bref la liste est longue et je ne recommande pas du tout.

Wouldn't recommend.

Lots of rubbish and fly tipping outside the building. Very small double room. Lots of fluff and dust around the room. However, the staff were very friendly and it was in a somewhat convenient distance from Paddington and Soho.

Bueno para pasar la noche y moverse por la ciudad.

Lo más destacable de este hotel es la ubicación. Se encuentra en un barrio muy bonito, tranquilo, seguro, con restaurantes, tiendas de souvenirs y tiendas de conveniencia, muchas estaciones de metro y autobús a 5-10 minutos. Resulta un lugar muy conveniente si quieres conocer la ciudad. La única contra que le puedo poner es que al lugar le faltan cuidados y remodelaciones, no tiene elevador y nos tocó en un tercer piso. Cuarto y baño pequeños pero resultan muy útiles, incluyen diferentes amenidades y eso le da puntos extra. Recomiendo ampliamente, solo no esperes mucho lujo.
