The building itself isn't done yet but the flat is nice. I just wish they set up the sofa as a bed to accommodate the 4 person guest. Aboveall, t'was good experience.

The location is different than the one indicated on hotel.com so make sure to ask for the exact address before you set off. There weren't any towels or pillow covers and the WiFi wasn't particularly good (couldn't watch BBC iPlayer for example). Could be a nice place if these things would be sorted out.

DO NOT STAY HERE. AND DO NOT USE EXPEDIA. Terrible experience. So much noise at night and no AC. The place is a mess, there was literal water running down the wall in the hallway. Go anywhere but here. Tried to cancel and they refuse to refund!

Do not book this place! The entire building is under construction with dust all over. There is a lot of damage inside the unit to floors, cabinets, doors, etc. We flushed one of the toilets and water started spurting out of the sink in the kitchen. We did not feel safe as a family of five people and had to find a different hotel in the area which costs us a lot of money. The photos of the unit online make it look much nicer than it is but do not be deceived.

Bâtiment en travaux, pleins de déchets et de débris de la porte. On entre dans un bâtiment sans peinture, fils électriques partout qui pendouillent, bruyant. A l'intérieur de l'appartement c'est pas mal, bien rénové mais la plupart des fenêtres de s'ouvrent pas, il y a une mauvaise odeur et le ménage n'avait pas été fait. Il y avait des miettes partout. Je déconseille totalement et je ne comprends même parce qu'ils soit possible de louer dans ces conditions..

Hotel was falsely advertised, looked nothing like the pictures. Place still looked like it was undergoing construction. Cables and wires hanging off the ceiling, and the room we was supposed to get, somebody was already living in it. We didn’t feel safe staying there because it looks like all the people working here had access to ever room and could just walk in.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Where to start.. leaking walls, smell of sewage in the hallway, construction work (right outside the apartment door) creating so much noise, white powder on all our clothes from the construction work, had no hot water the first day, had a construction worker vaping right next to the elevator, the door to the apartment has visible screws - someone could break in with just a Philips screwdriver! Honestly there’s more but I tried to get a refund once I knew the condition of the place and they was not going to give it to me. Shame on both Bright Apartments and Expedia. -10 out 10, the only nice part was the location but that gets drowned out by the noise that’s going on inside and outside the building.

The only good thing was the gentleman that came to let me into the unit, and he had to bring pillow cases and tissue, there were no pillow cases on the pillows. When I contacted support, I was told that the unit wasn’t ready yet because the cleaning person was going to come, however the unit was still in the same position when I got back. Thankfully the gentleman brought me pillow cases and tissue. The unit had mold on the ceiling, the walls were very dirty and covered in marks and had huge grease stains and splatters in the kitchen. There was construction going on in the building which made getting in and out hazardous. Again support said someone was coming to clean but no one appeared, they were aware of the unit’s condition but made excuses or just apologized. I asked for a refund because I did not feel comfortable or safe. This is a very misleading property and false advertisement. I should’ve read other reviews on other booking sites, I would not recommend this place at all. I definitely did not feel safe or comfortable staying here.

In a sketchy area & super noisy, you can hear all the traffic and commotion all night even with the windows closed. So stuffy in the apartment and only provided a small fan- Also waited 30 mins for someone to come and do our check in even though I gave them 50 mins notice of our arrival time. Building fine otherwise lots of other apartments in the block.

Una estancia estupenda. El apartamento tiene una ubicación excelente, muy bien comunicado gracias a las paradas de autobús cercanas y a la proximidad de la estación de Paddington, lo que facilita muchísimo desplazarse por Londres. El apartamento estaba limpio, cómodo y perfectamente equipado, con todo lo necesario para la estancia. También queremos destacar especialmente la atención de los propietarios, siempre amables, atentos y disponibles para cualquier cosa que pudiéramos necesitar. En definitiva, una experiencia muy positiva. Por ubicación, comodidad, equipamiento y trato recibido, es un alojamiento que recomendaríamos sin duda y al que volveríamos encantados.

Good location, the rooms were good, every room had air conditioning, easy to get to the apartments and it's located near a station. Has a lift if you cant walk up the stairs whixh makes it accesible, however it is small.

I would definitely not recommend this apartment and would not stay here again. The building was under construction during our stay, which was not mentioned at all when booking. On arrival, we then had to wait around half an hour for a member of staff to meet us and give us the keys, which was extremely inconvenient. The apartment itself was also very disappointing. There were lots of damp patches on the walls, and the plates and cups provided were dirty and clearly had not been properly cleaned. The biggest issue, however, was the noise. The apartment is directly above a bus stop, and the noise from the street was incredibly loud throughout the night, including people shouting outside the window. The windows seemed to provide virtually no sound insulation, meaning we were awake for most of the night. Overall, the apartment was not as advertised, and the combination of the construction, cleanliness issues, damp and extreme noise made for a very unpleasant stay. Definitely would not recommend and would not stay here again

We were able to check in early which was great. However to do so we we left waiting after contacting the number 3 times. We found out that there was another entrance. E were only goven one key and no instructions on what to do with the rubbish. One positive is the location we couldn't fault it. M and S nearby for supplies. We had several unresolved issues after contacting expedia several times one with the kitchen tap water as it ran warm we therefore purchased drinking water and two with the plumbing which need attention asthe shower bubbled debris and flooded. During checkout the cleaner came at 10 when advertised checkout was 11. Much the same as the other reviews the hallways lift etc are being renovated resulting in the lift being iut of action several times. Would we stay again no but we made the most of it and we weren't in the property throughout the day much.
