Perfect for central London and Paddington. Beds were comfortable, room was clean and Andrea who welcomed us was super helpful. Bathroom was tiny but it served its purpose. Free continental breakfast was welcome. Wifi worked well. Would definitely return.

Very friendly staff. Single room was very clean. Bathroom was small, but fine for short stay. Breakfast included, but only a basic continental, but still good for £ of room. Only a few minutes walk from Paddington Station and tube connections etc. Overall at this price point, the hotel is ideal.

Leider war es im 2. Stock zu warm im Zimmer und das untere Zimmer war im lower floor unter der Erde, sodass man nachts die Ubahn gehört hat.

Breakfast was great, location was ideal but The bathroom was TINY, smaller the that of a cruise ship. If you’re traveling with more then one other adult it’s a tight fit for 3 in a single room. After day two of towels not drying all the way they got funky smelling so we left them on the bathroom floor assuming the advertised “housekeeping” would replace them. However when we got back to the room the towels were still on the bathroom floor and a note stating it was £1 per towel replacement if we needed new ones. So if you stay less then 5 nights don’t expect to get new towels without a charge. Other then that hiccup the location and breakfast was the best it had going for it. I personally wouldn’t stay there again.

The first night they put us in the basement. I have mobility issues and they did not say they didn’t have an elevator/lift. I would not have booked it. They moved me to the main floor the next night which was fine. The rooms are extremely small. No place to put your luggage without tripping over them. The bathroom was so tiny and the shower was tiny no room to even wash yourself properly. The location was okay and close to Paddington station.restaurants in the area are plenty. The breakfast was sparse cheese and lunch meat as protein. Not very healthy.

Room behind ours was very noisy, i think separate hotel. Piles of trash outside, linnen policy was poor. Small towels, and have to pay for extras. Got what we paid for. Great location to train station, fantastic staff

Retired couple opinion…

Many reviewers gripe about the size of the bathroom. Yes, it’s minuscule. If you want a big bathroom with tub, book elsewhere. There’s also no lift so keep this in mind when booking. As for us, we found it clean, quiet, and convenient. It’s a good value in a high-priced city.

Minutes' walk to Paddington Station, very convenient. A lot of restaurants nearby. The shower is relatively small, but the room is clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast is simple but good enough.

Sehr zentral gelegen, freundliches Personal, gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis, diverse Lokale/Restaurants in der Nähe. Das Frühstück ist kontinental 👍. Ein klein wenig mehr Abwechslung wäre aber schön. Insgesamt würde ich jederzeit wieder das Hotel wählen.

Well located near Pattington Station! Restaurants and convenient Hop on Hop off buses. Nice little hotel. Lot of stairs though. Nice little continental breakfast. Would stay again!

Bra men varmt

Bra överlag, rummet var varmt som en ugn (nåja, 30 grader men lite olidligt). Fanns dock fläkt på rummet, det blev betydligt bättre när frun räknade ut att vi kunde sätta den i fönstret och tvinga in engelsk nattluft i rummet.
