Exactly what it was presented as- thorough remodel so everything new and clean. Needed extra towels and a duvet and right away brought up. Neighboring room decided to listen to music really loudly until 2:30 am- I couldn't ignore anymore so called reception and they addressed it - within 5 mins no more noise. Very conveniently located in a nice area with many amenities in a short walk( grocery, food, Earl's Court Tube ). Would stay again!

Super convenient location. About 3-5 minute walk to Earl's Station, so close to Piccadilly line which takes you to many places. It looks like is a retrofitted building into a hotel, so they have an odd configuration. Some rooms are in between floors (no elevator access, for those rooms). The apartments/rooms have all digital keys so simply use codes to get in and access the property (very convenient). If you are not aware of European customs keep in mind that the units do not have an on demand HVAC. Therefore, if you can adapt or do not need cold rooms during springs or fall then you'll be fine. It has laundry in house but tiny machines and only a couple, but they give you detergent for free (need to time it right to gain access to them, only can use them during daytime hours). Internet works fine and the apartments are all modern and decently stocked. In summary, a great pick but keep in mind that you are in Europe and adjust accordingly so you can enjoy your trip. We certainly did.

Fantastic location for being able to easily get there from the airport. The tube station is very close and an easy walk. That particular station also has lines going to the major sites. Apartment was very clean (and I am extremely picky). They also have free washers and dryers, which are extremely helpful. The neighborhood is nice and quiet but still has shops and restaurants by the tube station. This is a great place to stay!
