Beautiful Hotel, Beautiful Breakfast & Beautiful staff, and ideal for our Wembley trip as the Tube or Buses is a few minutes walk.Highlight was how helpful the staff was when we arrived. As we checked out we asked where the nearest car park was because we wanted to Camden market for a few hours before we go home, and they let us leave it there until night time at no charge. Thankyou for the extra touches to make our weekend perfect

The king-size bed is definitely recommended. I had a great sleep. The room was spacious and clean. The reception staff were very nice, professional and helpful. There was plenty of parking, although nearby road works meant getting in and out a little problematic. That said, I would definitely stay there again.

The room was very spacious for my self and my 2 daughters The staff could not do any more to help Breakfast included had plenty choice. Unfortunately we were not able to use the included club lounge as closed very early in the evening and the air conditioning very poor which possibly caused the musty smell in the room.

Staff was very nice & helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the shower was hot with good water pressure. The breakfast was also very good with many, many options. The hotel is very far from the city center it took about 45mins or longer to get to the city center via tube or uber.

The hotel overall was lovely, staff were polite and helpful, breakfast was fantastic, really enjoyed that, the room a decent size, however the reason I downgraded the stars was the bed, let’s face it, the reason most people stop at a hotel is to sleep somewhere nearer the venue they are going, our bed was way too soft, most hotels I go to have medium firm beds, this thing might as well have been a waterbed. Both of us were not able to get comfortable properly because as soon as 1 of us moved the other 1 moved around aswell.
