Great hotel for the price, the only downside and it can’t really be helped are the stairs up to the rooms, they are steep and it’s difficult with a 23kg suitcase. Having said that though, the gentleman on the front desk did ask if I wanted help with my luggage. Was a bit hot too, but that’s fine for me. Decor is a bit dated. Very clean, comfortable, great location and friendly helpful staff.

My 3rd stay at the Europa House. I’m a solo traveler so I get the smallest room but it has everything you need. The location is PERFECT. Less than five minute walk to Paddington Underground Station. Plenty of restaurants all around. Staff are friendly and willing to help if you have a problem. I will definitely return!

Uncomplicated hotel, near Paddington Station, Hyde Park and the Royal Albert Hall. It's not modern, has no lift, but if you don't mind climbing a few stairs and getting a conveniently located, affordable bit of accommodation in London town, this does the job well. Staff are friendly and helpful and there's plenty of food and breakfast options around if you need them. There's no easy parking nearby, but public transport is.

I stayed with Europa House hotel before and enjoyed the stay once again. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room gets cleaned every day and new towels, and bed made. The bathroom was on the small side but things worked as they should. Easy booking/easy checkin I would stay here again

Lovely spot. We have stayed there twice now with our family of 5. Very close to Paddington station, so you can take the train directly from Heathrow. Great location for exploring London too. Nice staff, clean, and safe.

We were on the “second” floor and it was a lot more than two flights of stairs to get there so pack light (no elevator). No A/C but the room is small so the window keeps it fairly cool overnight if the outside temps aren’t blazing hot. The bathroom is tiny and was probably once a closet. The location is fairly close to Paddington Station so that worked well for us. The staff were super helpful and allowed us to keep our bags at the hotel until it was time to catch the train on check out day.

Very convenient location. That’s where it ended. Was very old. 2-star at best. Decently clean compare to others in the area. Is essentially a renovated house. Walls are paper thin. Heard everyone all morning long.

We had a really good stay! This hotel has very helpful and professional staff. The location is wonderful: it’s a very short walk from both Paddington Station and Lancaster Gate. As expected, the hotel rooms here in London are very small, but have everything that you need!

We enjoyed our stay here so much! It is very central. Clean, the staff was always so courteous, we really felt at home here. The bathroom was small, but it was still a very comfortable room, exactly what we were looking for. Highly recommended!
