It's a 2 star and small

It's a nice 2-star hotel at best. Your paying for the location that's all. The room was very small and straight off the reception. It was basic and uncomfortable but it was at least clean.

Great location. Lift broken so had to lug suitcases up and down stairs 2 flights. Air conditioning shut off every 3 hours so would wake up in the night very warm and have to restart it. Snug but had everything we needed including a small fridge. Shower was great.

Staff were lovely and no complaints about the facilities. Only thing is the rooms are absolutely tiny. I got a standard room for 2 adults and the only thing that really fits 2 is the bed. There’s barely enough room for 1 person to walk, let alone 2. The bathroom is minuscule. Doesn’t feel like a 4 star hotel as it is listed. I have stayed in nicer 3 star hotels. But again, the place functions and the staff are great. Just a little bit of false advertising

We had to change the hotel after the first night because we had a room in the basement. This was not written in any descriptions during the booking process. The bed was too small for a normal couple. The room was not clean. The receptionist was friendly and very understanding. We got a discount of 30£ for the night we stayed and canceled the two other nights. We don’t recommend this hotel even if it is very central.

Room had NO WINDOW , but that was not mentioned on room info when i booked . Bed up against a wall, bathroom had a window. Room was roasting , very misleading to sell a windowless room without telling prople
