It's a really good place. I had a good stay. The only flaw was the bathroom water did not go down the drain easily and i had to turn off the shower intermittently but other than that, everything was fantastic! Its my second time here, no regrets.

Besonders gefallen hat mir der Fitnessbereich, dafür das die meisten Hotels wenig Equipment haben. War es hier wirklich super ausgestattet. Ebenfalls das Frühstück sowie das Zimmer waren super. Das man an der Rezeption kleine Snacks & Getränke kaufen kann, war super praktisch. Da es nicht viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuß in der Nähe gibt. Es ist halt nicht sehr Zentral gelegen. Allerdings ist die nächste Haltestelle zu Fuß nicht weit weg.

It’s a good place to rest your head, everything is clean and well taken care of. If you are staying here for the London excel then be aware it’s in a weird location and can be difficult to find especially at night when transit becomes less available!

The hotel was full of men who were working nearby we presume. In the evening they were drinking and getting drunk, swearing and behaving inappropriately. We felt it was more like a men’s hostel than a hotel and it was not a welcoming environment despite the lovely staff.

This stay was not worthy of a Hilton in London, let alone a Hampton. The breakfast was of poor quality, and the staff’s behavior was quite intrusive: one feels rushed to finish the meal as they stand by waiting to clear the table. Plates and glasses are taken away almost immediately, sometimes even while they are not completely empty, which is very unpleasant and far below the expected Hilton standards.
