Great hotel, top recommendation

Definitely a great choice. The hotel is very clean and is perfectly located for sightseeing as well as casually strolling the city. It is very kids friendly and offers a huge selection on halal food with the breakfast buffet. The staff is very friendly. They let us check in 6 hours earlier than we had booked free of charge as we had arrived very early that day.

A well managed clean hotel slightly off a busy street close to Marble Arch. The staff were exemplary accommodating to me and my family of four. I especially appreciated how good they were with my eight year old twin boys who just started to learn English at school.

A very nice hotel

Very pleasant, clean and friendly hotel about 5 minute walk from Marble Arch. Staff were very helpful and breakfast was a nice variety of food in a buffet style. Clean hotel and rooms cleaned daily. Overall it helped to make a wonderful trip away for my family.

The staff were very welcoming and professional, top notch king size bed and very soft pillows. The only thing that ruined it for us is that the room was located just behind the lift, which means you would hear all the different sounds that it makes all the time, I woke up a couple of times at night actually. Breakfast was nice with many options, just don't got for the scramble eggs!

The area and room had an odour of smoke. The ventilation system and fan was quite noisy, even when we turned there fan down to the lowest setting. Bus transit was very close and convenient, although the tube stations were at least 10mins walking.

Considering the price I paid I was underwhelmed. The bathroom was incredibly small, basic and aged. It was compact like using the toilet on a plane. Shower was over a very high bathtub and would have been impossible to use for some older adults. Bedroom itself was fine. The adjacent restaurant was good with fair pricing for London.

Marriot Marble Arch is conveniently located with easy access to public transportation with a few bus stops right in front and the closest tube station about a 10 min walk. We were very pleased with the management as they were able to move us to a different room when we reported heating was broken in our room. Being a London hotel, it was not spacious, but we had adequate room for our luggage and walked comfortably in the room. The hotel is located in a posh local neighborhood surrounded by Oxford Street as well as several ethnic restaurants on Edgeware Road. The daily breakfast buffet was truly amazing. If we return to London, we want to stay at this property!
