Family of 5 with 2 children. We found the location very convenient, so close to the river and the amenities of South Bank. The children loved the pool and we found the restaurant to be good so we ate in the hotel rather than finding alternatives. All the staff we dealt with were extremely helpful.

Great hotel, central and walking distance to all the main attractions. We were attending Wimbledon and found it ease to commute out there for the day. Hotel is clean, had fresh water and lovely biscuits in room, and lovely Rituals toiletries. Room was clean, spacious and with great air con which was necessary for the heat wave!

This hotel blew my mind in every aspect. I travel for work a lot and have seen a lot, but this one was a class of its own. Extremely nice and helpful staff, fabulous breakfasts, bottle water and snacks, clean rooms, service, location, etc. all second to none. It was worth every penny and I wish them success.
