Polite staff. Did not try breakfast. Very accessible through nearby train stations. Room cleaning could be better. Bedsheets are not changed everyday or even upon request for stays less than 6 nights.

The room was well equipped, spacious and comfortable, and staff eere friendly and helpful. We were very pleased with the location of the hotel, very handy to Hanmersmith Station. The was some dampness in the carpet outside the door to the bathroom, but staff promised to take care of this once I mentioed it to them. We did not have breakfast in the hotel, as we had to check out early.

Goed hotel in fijne omgeving. Weg uit de grote drukte maar met de metro naar het centrum om de hoek. De kamers zijn prima en het ontbijt goed.

The location for this hotel is fantastic, right across the hammersmith tube. The hotel/room itself was clean and the staff was super accomodating. I wish the rooms had a small fridge/mini bar so we could keep some food items cold. Without the fridge we had to make multiple trips to the grocery store to get ehat we needed cause we coildnt store anything. There is no parking in the building, however there is outdoor parking (3rd party) a few minutes walk from the hotel. Overall id recommend for a short trip with easy move within London.

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, ein tolles, reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Leider war unser Zimmer nicht mehr im besten Zustand. Im Bad gab es Schäden aufgrund von Feuchtigkeit, der Wasserkocher war von außen nicht mehr ansehnlich und im sehr kleinen Zimmer ohne wirkliches Fenster klebten überall Klebeband Reste an der nicht mehr schön gestrichen Wand. Für ein 4 Tage London Trip mit zwei Kindetn aber alles völlig Okay.
