I think the staff are wonderful, very professional and nice and helpful. Cleaning the room was excellent. Very good cleaners. It just needs a freshen up. It needs new carpets in the hallways. It needs new carpets in the suites themselves.. The walls need to be painted in the suites and in the hotel in general. If they did that , it would be a great hotel right now. It’s very good value.

The room was large the AC was good. The property needs updating. The rooms are a little tired and could do with a deep clean and repainting. But it wasn't unpleasant. The fridge in my room was broken. The staff were lovely and accommodating. I would stay again when I need to be in the area. I didnt have breakfast.

Overall a tired hotel rooms need new AC and damp/ mould around the windows looking at. Staff not really bothered on the front desk. Clean room. Great for staying over if at a function at Wembley. Didn’t have breakfast didn’t use the bar. Good parking. Your ass.

For one night this isn’t bad if you are on a budget. We checked in at 3 but our room wasn’t really for another 30 minutes this was quite annoying, our key card played up when we first got to the room also the shower curtain wasn’t attached properly making the bathroom floor quite wet. However the staff are helpful, the hotel is close to places like Wembley Stadium and the bed was very clean and comfortable. If a few things were improved this would be a great budget hotel for north London.

The location itself is fine – convenient enough for what we needed. The outside looks okay, nothing fancy but respectable. Inside is a different story though – it definitely feels tired and in need of a refresh. The doors are really noisy when they shut, and the walls are thin, so you can hear pretty much everything from neighbouring rooms and the corridor. Not ideal for a good night's sleep. We also got woken up by housekeeping starting to clean our floor at 8am, despite checkout not being until 11am. Bit inconsiderate. It seems to be popular with coach parties too. There were several coaches parked up during our stay, and one of them ended up blocking my car in, which wasn't great when we needed to leave. A couple of practical tips for anyone booking: if you book through a third party, parking isn't included, so factor that into the cost. And if you're heading to a concert at Wembley, be warned – Uber prices back can shoot up past £100, so it's worth planning your return journey in advance. Overall, it does the job if you just need somewhere to crash, but don't expect a restful or polished stay

Honestly for the money (£55) it doesn't get any better, room was modern, clean, bed was huge and very comfortable, staff were pleasant. I paid £15 for the late check out, rolled downstairs had the breakfast buffet which was absolutely fine for the money, went back up had a nap till 12 then left. Stunning value for money
