The property is an affordable stay in central London, but patrons should anticipate exactly that. It isn’t a luxury hotel. It’s a location to rest up overnight while you explore the city during the day. The food is okay - again what you’d expect from an affordable stay in one of the most expensive cities in the world. If you just want a place to put up your feet - it’s fine. Anticipate a cozy stay.

Everything was great the WiFi worked the ac was running. Lots of mirrors the room could use a clean but the beds were comfortable and clean. And a great location
Clean and spacious room. The lobby was clean and well decorated too. I enjoyed the location, my favorite in the city. Air conditioning was good. Staff was helpful during check-in. It’s close to bus and train. Hyde Park is nearby for a nice walk.
Great central hotel tucked away on uiey peaceful street yet close to tube, park nd shops. Thank you to really helpful man on reception. Overall excellent value and size of room for London. Would stay again.
The hotel is located in a beautiful area. It is outdated but very clean the bed is comfortable but there is no phone in the room. The guys in the reception Alec and the others, are super nice and accommodating. We won’t stay here again because the steps are too high and too many to get to the room. We are a healthy senior couple but this place is not for handicaps even with a lift.
Excellent location, cool room with air con, needed when it was 35C outside, nice breakfast, polite, helpful staff.

The location was excellent. Room staff were friendly. Room was clean but safe wasn't working, the soap dispensers were almost empty and the bathroom sink was plugged when we arrived. Friends were charged for soap when they asked for extra.
Room was great for our 2 night stay. Big enough to accommodate 3 of us comfortably, great shower and air conditioning worked really well. Great transport options too.

The location was great and the air conditioning worked perfectly (especially important during a heatwave). But they need to spend more time on cleaning the rooms (they were dirty).
Excellent size room for us 2 adults travelling with 2 children .. 2 double beds and a sofa in room . Bathroom was big great size shower and whole hotel was very clean. Staff on reception were excellent and we were able to leave our boys whilst exploring London.
This is a good hotel in a lovely area - only fault would be - during the hot weather the room needs air-con as the fan provided doesn't cool the room down at all.
Good location, convenient to underground and close to Hyde Park. Hotel is not clearly signed, so note 63 as maps not clear.
Staff very helpful, with luggage drop facility.
Room sufficient in size and facilities. Noise from people on same floor and above caused small disturbance, but not significant. Generally a good base to stay for central London activities, would use again.

Hotel is in a great location, close to Paddington station, Hyde Park, restaurants and shops. We appreciated the air conditioning during the heat wave. Breakfast had lots of hot and cold options. Bed was comfortable and room had a small fridge. Staff were friendly and helpful. Only thing to note was building is old and room had old stained carpet and shower glass partition needed repair.
Lovely building and nice quiet area. Short walk to tube station, very easy to get too. Nice coffee shops close by. The room was tidy. Bed was comfortable and very spacious. Only things I would point out are kettle lid didn’t close properly, bathroom sink didn’t drain very fast and there were no spoons or wooden sticks to go alongside the coffee and tea facilities, so nothing to stir your beverage with, but these weren’t major issues. Air con worked well and the staff were lovely. Would stay again.
Great location - ten minutes walk to Paddington and the Heathrow Express, and far closer to underground stations and bus routes. There are several bars, restaurants and shops close by.
In the corner of a quiet residential square, so there's no street noise. The lobby is small but comfortable and there isn't a bar.
We were very happy with the English breakfast.
We opted for the superior double room which was a good size, the bed was comfortable, and the ensuite had a flexi-hose shower in the bath with strong water pressure. The air-conditioning was first class and vital for hot July days.
