호텔시설에 엘리베이터가 있었는데 막상가보니 엘리베이터가 없었고 매우 가파른 나선형계단이 있어서 짐 옮길 때 아주 힘들었습니다.룸은 사진과 매우 다르고 거실은 거의 없다고 보면 됩니다.캐리어 2개 피면 끝입니다.체크인 방법에 대해 미리 연락을 시도 했으나 여러번의 메일과 메세지에도 답변이 없고 전화도 자동응답으로 넘어가고 연락이 되지 않아 힘들었습니다. 체크 아웃이 11시 였는데 10시에 전기가 끊겨서..당황했고 불편했습니다. 아래가 바로 펍이어서 새벽시간대에 소음이 심합니다.

We booked/paid 6 months in advance, had an email just before saying our booking ‘was guaranteed’ (in bold) so felt safe but we never got checked-in, kept leaving messages on their number (no front desk and no one to speak to ) and Hotels.com couldn’t help/reach them either. After sitting outside for 2 hours we had to find somewhere else to stay. Ruined our special occasion and days later we still have no explanation or refund.

Very bad experience!

This location is absolutely NOT to be recommendet! The location is announced as "premium" and "4 star" flat. In reality, the location is great (but only for young people) but the rest is horrible! The flat is dirty. We found hair on the floor, the carpet had lots of dirty spots, the towels (that should be new) were dirty and wet. The matresses had spots on them like it was dry blood. It was a very bad experience. We told the manager, he was going to come and clean. All he did: Took away one of the carpets (and put it in a cupboard) and at least provided us with new towels. The hair was still there, the dirt on the floor also. Also, I would not recommend going there with kids. The location is behind Picadilly. An area with lots of entertainment bars and massage places, it was noisy at night and we did not feel save to walk around after dark. This flat needs to be seriously cleaned. As such it is a joke and not worth the money spent!

The place was in a great location however the apartment was too small and looked nothing like the photos. The room was not clean, the Sofa had stains on it and considering it was a sofa bed I thought that was unhygienic. The fridge didn’t work nor did some of the lights within the room.

Review

We arrived late-flight got delayed and didn’t have anyone to talk to the office is not accessible to international costumes and i had to pay for the incoming call they made me. Also-the apt didn’t have any elevator as it says at the description. It’s located on third floor which is problematic for old people or people with a lot of luggage. Location is amazing! It’s 1 minute from china town and Piccadilly Circus. In general-the apt is really small but ok for 3 people not more. Everything was new and clean. My main problem was to contact the office-they didn’t answer my calls all week long and didn’t take care of my request to store my luggage on our last day. Overall I won’t recommend it to my friends.

Mucho que mejorar

El apartamento está muy bien situado, en 3 minutos andando estás en Picadillo Circus y en 5 en Leicester Square. Estás en pleno Soho, así que hay ruido por la noche, si invirtieran algo de dinero, en cambiar las ventanas del apartamento, no sé oiría nada, pero las ventanas son muy viejas, tienen holgura , entra el frío y el ruido. Los viernes y sábados el ruido se alarga hasta las 3 de la madrugada, el resto de días para las 11 de la noche hay silencio. En cuanto a los productos de higiene, éramos 4 personas y estábamos 6 días,nos dejaron un bote de champú y otro de gel de 10ml cada uno y 3 rollos de papel higiénico. Eso y nada , igual. La alfombra de la sala estaba sucia. En cuanto al espacio y la cocina bien. Al lado del apartamento hay un supermercado pequeño y a 20 metros una panadería con pan y bollería recién hecha.

De brænde os af !

Vi havde booket en lejlighed og lavet aftaler med kontoret om hvordan vi fik udleveret nøgle til lejligheden. Da vi sad i taxi på ve derind, ringede vi og fortalte at vi var på vej og fik beskeden at lejligheden var overbooket og at der derfor ikke var plads til os. Ingen hjælp at få og meget kort samtale. Vi ringede derfor til www.hotels.com som var meget hjælpsomme og fandt noget andet til os, men ikke særlig rar oplevelse med 2 børn. Jeg kan derfor ikke anbefale dem på nogen måde og skal aldrig booke hos dem igen og håber også at hotels.com stopper samarbejdet med dem.

Would recommend

Great location and very helpful staff, it was very clean with great shower and new kitchen facilities. They even allowed us a later checkout which was very much appreciated. A small improvement would be shower gell, coffee, milk (which I notice others have remarked upon but there is a supermarket 2 doors down so even that was a 2 minute fix). I will definitely be returning and using for business and leisure - great place to stay, fab location, recently refurbished & the company involved respond immediately to any issues.

Beliggenheden er fantastisk. Men der var slet ikke gjort ordentlig rent. 3 ud af 4 lyspære i badeværelset virkede ikke, så det var meget svært at ligge make-up på med så dårlig belysning. De havde kun efterladt en rulle wc-papir til os da vi ankom og lovede at komme med noget mere, men det gjorde de aldrig. Men de var søde i telefonen mht ind- og udtjekning.

Très beau quartier a Soho Par contre appartement non disponible à l'arrivée.. alors que la réservation a été faite il y a 2 mois ! Appartement de substitution ...lais sans eau chaude et ni chauffage .... Nous ne recommandons donc pas...

The internet were working only for 2 hours, The rest of the 4 days I had no Wi Fi and nobody was to the apartment to fix it. Also the kitchen did not work. The good thing, the location: but there are a lot of noise(light and it's difficult to sleep.

Mitt i smeten av Soho ligger denna etta med allt utanför dörren. Här blev vi två nätter. Perfekt om man har barn som inte alltid orkar gå så långt. Samt ett hav av underbara musikaler, barer samt restauranger.

During my stay I tried to contact the management company many times about damage to the apartment that had been done before my arrival. My bedroom door handle was broken and falls off on one side and is worryingly loose on the other A kitchen cupboard door almost fell on my head one morning when I tried to open it for the first time Both lamps in my bedroom do not work and one looks like it has been seriously damaged by damp The bedroom lights seem to have a loose connection as they sporadically go into a strobe effect which is rather headache inducing There is no tea towel, sponge or washing up liquid in the kitchen so anything I do use cannot be washed properly before or after use And to top things off the door to the building had an issue with it's locking mechanism and locked me out of the apartment, it took me close to an hour for someone to actually let me back into the building as the management company was not answering calls until I tried the new business line. When they arrived they again left me standing on the street in the cold and rain because they had not even brought a key to allow me to gain entry. He came back with a few more colleagues to fix the damaged items listed above and it took the three men close to two hours to change the light bulbs in the bedroom lamps and take the kitchen cupboard door off as they could not fix it. And I was left with everything else on my list unresolved.

A Scam. Pictures are not real. Trash all over inside the building. Entrance has trash and vandalism. A complete scam. Try to get money back and I couldn’t. Decided it was better to move out of this “hotel” and ended up paying for a new hotel while this one did not returned my money. Very disappoints with Expedia also.

Definitivt inte 4-stjärnigt!

Englasfönster mot två gator med pubar, fruktansvärd ljudnivå från barerna fram till 5 på morgonen. Ingen AC och därmed en temperatur på upp emot 38 grader i lägenheten. Trasig dubbelsäng, ingen bäddmadrass i bäddsoffan, fönstret åkte upp av sig själv, smutsigt golv. Drogförsäljning inne i trapphuset och bråk och fylla utanför. Vi hade bokat 5 nätter men det gick inte att härda ut, flyttade efter 3 till ett annat hotell. Förstår inte varför detta får finnas kvar på sajten, det är under all kritik. Undvik!
