Everything was great for my second stay before I left to go back home! Would definitely stay here again, the location was convenient to both Stansted and Heathrow. The hotel was very clean and rooms were comfortable and just lovely all around. Staff was attentive and kind!

Check in was easy and quick, The staff were welcoming from the moment we arrived. The hotel was warm and welcoming despite it having character. The room was beautiful decorated and we enjoyed the huge bathroom space and fantastic shower. We didn’t have breakfast due to our pre-booked plans however we visited the restaurant and the pool area which looked great. We liked the room key cards, they resembled a playing card and were good quality making it difficult to lose them in your bag.

Lovely hotel! Felt luxurious but not snooty. Very professional and friendly staff. Big comfy bed, stylish and well designed bathroom (double sink, nice products, super fluffy towels). Good amenities in the room - coffee machine kettle, iron, fridge. Lots of snacks and drinks in the minibar. Very walkable location close to lots of bars and restaurants. Didn't visit the bar, restaurant or rooftop pool.

Pros: The property was unique and had trendy decor. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the soundproofing was good. The gym in the lower ground level was excellent The staff were very friendly and helpful Cons: Not very close to the tube stops. The rooftop bar was exceedingly popular in the evening with a young party crowd. So much so that the elevators in the hotel were virtually unusable between 5 and 7 pm because they were jammed with people going up and down from the rooftop bar. The pool was also unusable in the evening for the same reason. The area that the hotel is in has very free nice restaurants close by and is somewhat seedy.

Lovely Hotel in great location. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Rooftop pool is a great amenity to have in the summer, although this is owned by a third party and not actually the Hotel. Therefore, you are unable to charge drinks back to your room, so need to take a card for payment when by the pool, also they hold private events here which were on both nights we were staying in the Hotel, meaning you were unable to use this part of the Hotel.
