The property was nice and had almost all the amenities we were seeking. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and musical offerings. The service at the onsite restaurant could have been better, but this is about the property. My one complaint is that there was no cable or satellite signal for the TV. Thankfully, I was able to project my phone to the TV.

We staid at room H11, two beds, no kitchen. The room was clean, everything was in excellent conditions. We didn’t read that they don’t have any TV channels or Internet, you need to use your cellphone as a hotspot. The only complain that we have is about the restaurant. We went to eat the dinner, but it was too windy so we decided to take out the food to our room (1 pizza and 2 sides), unfortunate our server was not friendly and we had to wait around 45 min just for the pizza. I was very disappoint it. The place is amazing, the marina is beautiful and they have a lot of places for the kids. Hope to come back soon.

The resort was clean and well-kept. The onsite staff were friendly and helpful. Location was good, not great. Had to drive to Islamorada or Marathon for restaurants, etc... The cabin was clean and update to date. HVAC unit heat didn't work. The interaction prior to my visit was horrendous. They NEVER picked up the phone and only returned my messages the night before my arrival. I wanted to book a marina slip and had to get one down the road because they never called me back. I left messages through Expedia and it took 1-2 days to get a response which were not helpful. An employee at the front desk stated that they were going through management turmoil and they expect it to get better. I hope so because the pre-arrival experience was the worst in my extensive travels.

The staff thatbworks this place is great. The grounds and common areas are cool. The pictures online made this seam great. First of all its not convenient to anywhere. Our cabin: Floors were coming up. Shower was either to hot or to cold. No blankets on upper beds. Box springs ripped up. Paint all scratched up. No wifi. Have to hotspot your phone for tv use. Entering front door is disgusting. Leaving front door to porch is disgusting. Absolutely no maintenence at all. We got catfished by online photos. Onve agsin staff is great. Food at restaurant was ok. Pool closed 730pm. For $1200+ for 3 nights we would rather just stay at Chesapeake Resort. Grab a paint brush and can and spend 1 hour cleaning the place up. Back door only opened half way. See photos

I was so excited to get one of the cottages for spring break. They advertise onsite dining but the restaurant is closed. Hot tub sign says open until 9, we were told to leave at 7:30. Unfortunately, by the time 5 of us needed to shower, we discovered there was no hot water. The on call after hours staff did not respond to me until 1am. By that time, we had already encountered a giant cockroach and found a bunch of mold in the bathroom. With four kids in tow, we left in the middle of the night for a cleaner place that had functioning hot water and staff.
