“A wonderful, quiet place just a couple of miles north of Acadia NP and not just a paradise for golfers. Unfortunately, their restaurant is closed on Mondays, but the staff at reception gave us a couple of useful hints. Breakfast was amazing and the view from the deck is breathtaking! Will be back on our next visit!”

“We got in a freshly renovated room. Everything was in good order. Clean carpet and bedding, renovated bathroom. Comfortable mattresses and pillows. Got a good night sleep. Conveniently located next to Dunkin Donuts, 5 min walk to Hannafort grocery store. Low traffic, woody area, well-maintained lawns. Friendly staff got us a reservation for a future date on-site and even at a lower rate than expected. They also have a 10% discount if you are visiting the Maine Maritime academy in Castine.”

“Property is close to the highway, staff was helpful. Did not use the laundry area. The room is very basic, walls are thin and cigarette butts are everywhere. The place can best be described as janky.”

“The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful and staffed with very friendly helpful ladies. The only “glitch” was house keeping knocking on doors offering service and vacuuming the hallway before 9 am.”

“The room needed some attention, The darkening Curtain were torn by the top, so you needed to have the curtain open a little, the bathroom was clean except for tub, found hair under the shower curtain closing it when I got in. The room had an odor to it when I first went inside, so I turned the fan on the unit to move the air around.”
