Rooms are overpriced. there was construction and it not noted on the website. Water of the pool was cold not heater as it is mentioned on the website. It will be good if they had chairs/umbrellas on the beach property. Staff was friendly.

We have been coming for years and things have been changing . The hotel part has made improvements but the restaurant needs help. Needs help in there menu options. It’s been the same menu for years. Still a good place.

Wonderful location on the beach. Stunning views. Only downside was room 38 is right on the main strip of Loreto so there was very loud car stereo playing until midnight

The property is walkable to everything and food options in area are numerous. The beach is calm and warm for swimming. It is an older resort but has everything one needs. The staff is great and there are kayaks and paddle boards for quests to use. It is the only hotel on the beach. Off the restaurant they have nice sitting areas with fire pits.

Loved this hotel because It did include a delicious breaks buffer in the morning. And the best thing is that it is on the beach. Beautiful place to sit outside and watch the ocean. The only thing is that the hotel is a bit outdated. The window was hard to open. The plus is that you are close to everyone. You walk the male on to their eating areas and attractions.

Right on the beach. Lovely view of the gulf and mountainous island nearby. (Moonrise was awesome!) Nice, low-key, affordable place. Clean facilities and friendly staff. Great dogs, too!

Great place
We stayed here on a whim and loved the fact that it was right on the beach! Lovely grounds with plenty of places to sit and relax. Easy walk to the main plaza in Loreto and the main dock. Excellent breakfast at the hotel restaurant. Rooms were simple but clean and comfortable.

Beautiful place
The Oasis staff is very friendly and helpful! Perfectly located in Loreto right on the water. It was amazing! Our only issue was the house next to the property has a party at 1:30am with a very loud live band that went on for hours!

Perfect beachfront hotel for our Christmas
Literally right on the beach, at the end of the Malecon. Large room, not a lot of in-room amenities (coffee, for example), but the restaurant is right there and everything you want is within walking distance. The hotel restaurant did special Christmas Eve and Day dinners. The staff was wonderful. We’d gladly return and stay again.

Liked pretty much everything. The idea that you had to leave a deposit for the remote controls for the a/c and tv was a bit off-putting, but understandable (could perhaps be indicated in advance though). ONLY issue for us was the sewer smell right where we parked our vehicle overnight. It almost made us throw up our breakfast!

Great location, loved the grounds (well maintained, large trees, wonderful vegetation), heated pool, dog friendly. Complimentary welcome beverage, free breakfast, free parking. We will be staying again on our next visit to Loreto.

Mellow stay and quiet Oasis in a noisy town.
Clean, comfortable beds, large rooms, lovely grounds, on the beach, restaurant on-site, great breakfast included. Loreto has a unique night time culture of “cruising” and parking on the oceanfront street with music at top volume and it can be super noisy at some of the hotels and RV parks in the main part of town but Hotel Oasis is usually pretty quiet. Cons: the restaurant and breachfront rooms are exposed to the nasty North winds that periodically blow down the Sea of Cortez Dec-April -flying sand and unpleasant to be outside. When they are busy, room hasn’t been ready at 3pm check-in time (50% of the time) but usually done by 4-4:30.

Over priced for a 2 star property. Staff was unhelpful when asked about basic services like the WiFi password. Facilities are run down and shabby.

Hotel Oasis has been a staple stop on my drives thru Loreto for years now. Nice,well kept property with friendly and helpful staff. A nice restaurant on site with great food as well as places to eat close by. Beach access is steps away from your room which makes it very nice. I will continue staying when I pass thru in the future .
