“Great place”

“Nice hotel. Staff was wonderful. Breakfast was great.”

“Pros: breakfast was above average. Great water pressure. Good lighting in the bathroom and parking lot. Cons: mold/mildew above the shower. Beds were hard as bricks. Our door looked like it had been hit by a tornado. Only one on the row not painted. No chain lock or anything extra to secure the door. Overall would probably not stay here again because mainly of the mildew and hard beds. Staff was extremely nice. ”

“Booked a room for an employee who ended up never checking in. I called the front desk on two different days trying to cancel the reservation and both times the woman at the front desk would answer and immediately hang up, the times she did answer she did not let me speak and just rushed to get off the phone and hang up. Never ended up canceling the room. Would not recommend staying here.”

“Yes the room was very clean and spacious, met all of our needs. Since location was in town, easy to find, near restaurants and shops for our convenience. Being affordable also was a plus since we were coming to visit with extended family following a death in the family. ”

“I stayed overnight for a leadership conference. My room was ready early so that was a plus. I had a balcony overlooking the pool with a river view, in which I witnessed an amazing sunrise. I did have an issue with the cleanliness of my shower. There was long dark hair on the shower wall where someone had shampooed their hair. This was an oversight by the cleaning crew so I have to knock off a star for that. The front desk staff was very nice and offered to send someone up to clean it. ...

“Flawless execution by the Gunrunner staff from beginning to end! The pre-arrival instructions were spot-on. Our room was clean and personalized for us when we arrived (they had left us a gift of wine and a card congratulating us for our wedding anniversary that we were there celebrating - nice touch!). We were staying in Florence to see some of the local sites and restaurants, but the highlight was the Gunrunner bar and many seating areas around the bar. We were able to listen to some live music...

“Filthy room, dead bugs, furniture and walls were in horrendous condition. The bathtub backed up when another unit presumably used the shower. The photos on the website must have been 20 years old. Unfortunately it appears to be the only option in town. The contenentall breakfast was cold cereal and no coffee. I would never return or recommend this motel. ”
