The staff at Enchanté Boutique Hotel are very nice and did a great job. Checked-in with a friendly person and all the staff I encountered were helpful and nice.
Sadly, my room had a broken faucet and when the staff fixed it, a terrible sewer smell came out and it gave me a headache. I had to move rooms at 2:30am. The staff was quick to resolve it, but offered nothing for my troubles and ultimately I did not sleep well. The beds are very hard.
The hotel is only 7 years old but does have a "old world" feel about it. They offered old/antique desks. Breville coffee makers with sugar/cream packets. The building is beautiful and offers a wonderful outdoor patio and located right in Los Altos downtown and is the only hotel in town, I believe. Easy to walk around the little town and enjoy the shops.
Their complimentary breakfast included a fresh scone, and that was PHENOMENAL. The other food I ordered and paid for was an omelette and it was "ok". Lattes were terrible but the brewed coffee was pretty good.
They did offer free parking just across the street. Cost $320/night felt overpriced based upon the quality of the amenities they offered but the staff is very nice. Not sure I will return.
