Break in travel

We were traveling with our autistic grandson and needed to break our travel to allow for him to rest from all the input of traveling. The hotel was clean but more importantly quiet. It was quiet enough for him to be comfortable taking a swim in the pool as there was not a bunch of other children screaming and splashing.

Hotel moved

the hotel best western close and sold Holiday inn the room so the rooms at Holiday inn very nice but know one told me that we are going to another hotel.

Holiday Inn - NOT Best Western

We actually stayed at the Holiday Inn next door to what was the Best Western, which is being renovated. I didn't know that we were going to be shunted to the Holiday Inn. If I was told, I missed it. Otherwise, all was good at the Holiday Inn.

It looked like a building site. In fact it was a building site. The best western was being demolished. Thanks for letting us know. Luckily the Holiday Inn Express next door had come to an arrangement with BW to accommodate bookings. Expedia eye was definitely off the ball on this occasion

What A JOKE!

The hotel closed in the middle of our stay. CLOSED??? They moved us next door to a Holiday Inn, but we couldn't check in for 6 hours - WTH????

Hotel was very nice and the front desk person was wonderful. Clean and what you hope for in a hotel. Kind of shady area, at least when we got there. Police had cordoned off the street about a mile down and saw someone looking in cars in parking lot with a flashlight. So beware of leaving anything valuable in your car (which pretty much applies everywhere though) I told the front desk person and she acted promptly getting the police involved. Was impressed she took it seriously and acted to ensure the safety of the cars in the lot. I really only saw it in the dark but would stay there again.

Ceilings are fabulous..oh and the Inn is great too

Very Charming room if you stay on the second floor. Getting there is a little bit of a challenge with luggage and stairs, but it was worth the trip up. Great morning breakfast. Rooms felt clean and beds were okay. Recently remolded and the outside buildings look nice and are freshly painted. Love the colors!

Our room was not serviced on one of our two days stay. Was told they were understaffed. Other than that, no complaints. Clean, quiet, easy access to highway and various attractions.

Dirty pool and hot tub

Beds are hard and squeeky every time you roll over. Hot tub doesn’t bubble and was filthy! Pool was filthy as well.

Nice hotel close to Magic Mountain.

great stay only two small problems first the rooms have very thin walls. But they seem to know about the problem because they have ear plugs setting on the night stand. Second the hot tub was very dirty. The heated pool was very nice. Would stay here again.

It was pleasant and close to an amusement park. It is in the suburbs so be wary of the lack of transit.

Bought a king, but no king...

Ok for what you pay. Apparently, "buying" a king bed has no effect on what you actually get. Hot water on the second floor took a while to heat up in the morning. Pillows were too big for me.

Lots of roaches and staff doesn't seem to care. Carpet so dirty your feet turn black and the manager doesn't care.

Nice Motel close to 6 flags Magic Mountain

The motel was built in the 1960s but the rooms are nice. My room had hardwood floors and the bathroom was modern and nice. It had a good breakfast included. I would only suggest that it change once in a while. It is exactly the same every day.

Refund request. No hot water.

we would actually like a refund, unfortunately, the hot water did not work in the hotel. It was a nightmare checking into the hotel, then to find out, after a long day, there was no hot water. We were then sent to another room to use their shower, to find out that once the third person got into the shower, there was no hot water again.
