This hotel is dog friendly and has free parking! My King Deluxe Suite is small, but has a private, fenced in patio where my pup loves to hang out. The listing says that breakfast is included, but it just consists of granola bars, hot water and tea bags in the lobby, and a coffee maker in the room.

The property is tucked into a fairly calm and quiet area in Brentwood. Not more for conveniences in the immediate area but stores and other sites are only a few minutes away. We stayed here while our daughter was giving birth to our granddaughter at the UCLA Medical Center that was only about a 10-14 minutes drive depending on the time of day. The place was very comfortable and clean. Though it was quite pricy for a couple nights stay, 10/10 would recommend.

Property has charm, construction & road noise from Sunset Blvd were to be expected. Property list Breakfast Included, they should call it a "Breakfast Bar" Literally. I asked the front desk where breakfast could be found? He pointed to the small basket of Kellogg's Fruit Bars (not bad). I then asked for coffee, he told me it could be found in the room. My suggestion, put the bars in the room with the coffee. You don't provide Breakfast! Update your Expedia Listing.

The property had a nostalgic appeal. However, the rooms were very small, amenities outdated. Remote didn't work inside the room. The heater was hard to operate. Probably won't stay here again.

No Breakfast!!!!!
There was no breakfast! Free breakfast was just a false advertisement! What they call breakfast was hot water and snack bar. The coffee was just the awful coffeemaker and the coffee at room (that I didn’t use). I stayed two nights and each morning I had to drive in the rush hour, find parking place and buy breakfast. The bathroom was absolutely not like the pictures. It was a kind of hole 2 feet by 2 feet. The carpet was probably as old as the building (a hundred years probably) and very dirty. I gave one more star just because of the location.

It was cute and comfortable. I did have en encounter with a silverfish in the bathroom while showering but other than that everything was clean and nice. My biggest complaint is the room was nearly as cold inside as outside no matter what I did with the control for the heat. I'd also advise to have coffee in the lobby for breakfast, which was a fig bar. The person at the desk told me the only coffee was the coffee maker coffee in the room, which was not good and meant I had to go to the country mart for coffee. I left at 4pm the day before I was set to depart for person reasons and let the front desk know.

Just not what we expect
The 2nd night we stay, there was no hot water and the front desk didn't have an option for us. When we moved back in on the 23rd, the room we stay in had only one outlet that work. The manager told us they are working on the renovation and some of the rooms were closed off. We lived in the neigborhood and this was convient for our daughter visiting us. We would gladly come back if the rooms and services improve.

Room was not as pictured and not near as big as the pics showed it. The bathroom was tiny and the floor wasn’t close to level and tile work was shotty. Behind sink and toilet were dirty. Needs deep cleaned better. The breakfast was not a breakfast it was a snack just granola bars.

Not worth the price
This motel is overpriced for what you get. It is located in an extremely busy street with horrendous traffic. Our room was very small with barely any space for our suitcase. The reception person said it was an upgrade but I think he was fooling us. Also, there's limited parking space and you may have to park on the street. Their idea of breakfast is a fig or granola bar which I passed. I will not be returning.

I like this property because it is only one mile from my daughter who lives on Teakwood road. every one of the office staff were kind, helpful and friendly. I would prefer if the rooms had a Keurig coffee maker because I could bring my preferred K cups. Also, I did not realize that I would be on the second floor and I had to lug my heavy suitcase up the stairs. Other than that, the facility was wonderful?

Bed was comfortable. Bananas, oranges, tea, and breakfast bars were good. Old school medicine cabinet was fun. Manager and cleaning staff were helpful and friendly.

Das Motel ist alles in allem sehr schön. Aber definitiv zu teuer. Das angegebene Frühstück bei Expedia ist ein schlechter Scherz. Es gibt heißes Wasser, Bananen, Mandarinen und Müsliriegel. Dazu noch Porridge in Beuteln. Das war es. Und das steht alles neben der Rezeption auf einer kleinen Anrichte. Wenn es etwas günstiger wäre, würde ich nichts sagen, aber bei einem so hohen Preis sollte schon mehr drin sein.
