해변 근처에서 휴양하기 좋은 호텔
객실은 청결하고 매일 청소도 해주십니다. 주변에 큰 마트들은 없지만 5분정도 걸어가면 pharmacy가 있는데 웬만한 간식거리나 그릇 수저같은 거는 다 살수 있습니다. 바로 옆 또는 앞에 베니스 비치(해변)이 보이고 풍경이 좋아 사람들이 산책을 많이 다닙니다. 해변 주변이라서 레스토랑도 많고 기념품도 살수있습니다. 메트로 역(다운타운 산타모니카 스테이션)까지는 거리가 꽤 되지만 근처의 버스역 이나 택시 같은것을 타고 가면 금방 갑니다. 역 주변에는 쇼핑할 수 있는 곳이 굉장히 많습니다.

해변에서만 가까운 호텔
가까운 거리 빼고는 이 돈으로 가기 아깝습니다. 주차도 유료, 헤어드라이기는 망가져있고, 세면대는 역류하고 비추합니다.

해변호텔에서는 하수구 냄새, 외곽의 깨끗한 호텔을 찾아보길 추천
악취가 남, 이 호텔 뿐만 아니라 해변 전체적으로 하수구 냄새가 진동함, 차라리 조금 외곽에 숙소를 잡는 것을 추천함. 또한, 주차비와 관련 이 호텔은 일간 주차비 25$를 따로 받고 있으므로 굳이 숙박을 할 필요가 없음.

어이없는 호텔임
방에 냉장고도없고 어떤시설도 심지어 의자도 1개에테이블...닫히지않는 욕실창문ㅡ샤워부스에있음ㅡ시끄러운바깥소리ᆞ쓰지않아도 내야하는 wifi비용ㅡ심지어 ㅡ잡히지도 않았음 불친절한 이곳은 단지 해변가라는이유로 가격도 비싸고 욕실에 비치된 샴프는 샘플치약크기였다 최악의 경험이다

Nice location right at the beach. Unfortunately the rooms lack a bit of sophistication and are in need of simple repair. It’s more like a hostel than a hotel. Staff were friendly but appeared to be only temporary. Homelessness is a big problem in LA and is very evident right out front of this hotel and all along Venice Beach. The included breakfast was your basic scrambled eggs, white bread, and Fruit Loops all served on styrofoam plates or bowls, not our idea of what could be a nice (sustainable) breakfast. Nothing at this place to make us want to book again.

People who worked there were pleasant, however, the condition of the rooms was unacceptable (carpets were filthy, stains on bedding, broken and excessively worn toilet seat and the list goes on...)

Disappointing
The hotel is very old and rooms need updating! Carpet in my room was very old and full of stains - it was bad ! Bed comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. The hallway had been vacuumed sloppy- no heat in my room but the staff from front desk brought me a portable heater. Breakfast was good. No coffee maker in room. My room was full.

Hotel could use a clean up, inside and out.
The Hotel is old and pretty tired. The carpet was stained and needed replacing. On the plus side, the room was large and our room faced the Ocean which was nice. The locals however are dirty, drugged, and noisy right outside the Hotel. This isn't so much indicative of the hotel as the fact Venice is a fine example of the inmates running the asylum.

The only thing going for this hotel is the location, right on the sea front. The hotel itself was poor. The first room allocated was dark, dingy, dirty and disgusting. The staff were accommodating and allowed me to see another room. That room was brighter however the carpet was disgusting, having several stains. The bed was dirty and had a big brown stain on the mattress. I would NOT recommend staying at this hotel at all.

Great location, right on the beach in Venice. Easy walking distance to Main Street where there’s a lot of restaurants, bars, and shopping. Booked through Wotif, but was double charged by the hotel which I am now trying to get refunded. Due to a busy weekend, the parking was full which was disappointing, but the friendly man on reception was able to recommend us to a underground car park near by which was cheaper then the hotel parking. Room did not have any towels when we got there, and had to go to reception to get some. Door to the bathroom does not fully open as the sink installed is too big, and now the door slams the sink- not sure who designed this but it makes it awkward to use the sink/mirror. Breakfast was included and until 11am. We went down around 8:30am and everything had run out. Only eggs and water left. Groceries arrived as we were leaving- perhaps better organisation for a busy long weekend? Other then the location, and the size of the room- I can’t really rate it very high. After a month in the states, I stayed at much better places for half the price!

This was by far the best stay in Venice ever! The roof top is awesome definitely check it out,the sunrise was beautiful. The staff was amazingly friendly...easy check in! Now if you are someone looking for luxury this is not for YOU....But it was a great stay for a night or two especially being only a few feet from the beach! Everything is in walking distance and highly recommend! Loved it here!

Great breakfast and location! The property needs urgent maintenance. We went in january, there is no heating and they keep the corridor's doors open... Parking 30$/day but do not guarantee a parking spot. Noisy !

Second time wasn't much of a charm
The guy at the front made me feel like I didn't deserve to stay there and he was in very warm or friendly and he gave Mia room with a view of a brick wall rather than did Beach which is what I had last time and which was the whole reason I wanted to stay there when I asked to change rooms he looked at me like I was crazy

The prpperty very dirty and staff rude when asked them about parking they told me is optional and made me go to about one mile parking my car that cost me a lot and not even this but the walking distance to my car with 2 kids

Was a nice place if you want to be by the beach. Great view towards the sea and mountains from my room. Clean. However, there was no heating so the room got cold at night.

Disappointing and waste of money
I had booked this hotel as part of my LA trip. I wanted something close to Venice beach. This hotel is right on the Venice beach. The room was terrible with the carpet being stained by coffee but looked like blood. The AC wasn’t working and as it was cold(Dec 27) requested for a portable room heater but the guy at reception said they dont have.Even the additional blanked provided was shabby and looked like it was not washed for days and just folded and kept after being used by previous guests. The mattress was ok but again the white sheet on the mattress had stain marks. The bathroom was good but has no exhaust.Just a window where neighbor can easily see you using the bathroom if you keep it open. The breakfast was pretty good and I was impressed with the way things were getting refilled . Had to pay $30 for parking and again they overbook for parking. The only positive about this place is its proximity to the Venice Beach

the hotel is very basic carpets in the rooms are not clean at all but you can bring your dog A very large homeless population camped outside spoils a beautiful spot The homeless leave lots of trash around and late at night there are drunken fights between the homeless people

Just stayed here, unfortunately it was disappointing, We had to wait a long time to check in. When we got to the room, we found no towels or blanket for the bed. We asked the desk agent for towels and a blanket to be sent up while we went out for dinner... came back to find towels but no blanket, asked the new clerk for a blanket which was received. No charm to the room whatsoever. Fluorescent light, no art in the rooms or hallways. Clean enough if you dont mind the stained carpet and bedspread. Nice location though
