This hotel truly exceeded my expectations from start to finish. Everything was extremely clean, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the attention to detail did not go unnoticed. What really stood out, though, was the staff they were beyond amazing friendly, professional, and always willing to go above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to get around Long Beach. If I’m ever in the Long Beach area again, I will definitely be staying here. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great experience. Also very pet friendly!!!!!

The room was very clean, beautiful, and well stocked with all the amenities I needed and more. The staff was very responsive and helpful to any questions I had. The only real downside was parking. If you don’t have a car, maybe ride sharing during your stay then it is a perfect hotel! But if you have a car you will need to drive during your stay then it’s maybe not the best option. While I was there a different guest got their car broken into and I had to pay additional fees to park in a private parking lot unrelated to the hotel several blocks away.

The hotel was decent. Bed was comfortable. Shower was fantastic. Didnt care much for an automatic light coming on at 2 AM when we went to the toilet. A lot of homeless in the area, they left us alone in the mornings but we were approached multiple times in the evening hours. Lots to do within walking distance, and definitely better to get the things done more during the day. We didnt see many souvenir type shopping, but there us an outlet center right by the aquarium.

Staff was so sweet. Room exceeded expectations. I loved the little details like the super comfy pillows, fluffy towels, and a beautiful kettle with tea/coffee and a couple of cookies. Will absolutely be staying again, really enjoyed my stay.

This is the cutest little hotel! My husband and I had a great stay. It is tastefully decorated, convenient location, walkable to lots of places. The bed was so comfortable! We dined outdoors on the patio from the restaurant that is located on the premises, it was delicious. The staff was so friendly. We will definitely come back!

Nicely renovated. Room was nice and comfortable. Fancy restraint attached but anyone could go into the hotel through the restaurant. Even if they are not part of the hotel. Restaurant is expensive. I didn’t like that I could only exit out of the busy restaurant or the lobby. No parking available so that was an added expense. Had to park blocks away and was always stressed something was going to happen to my car.

We had a wonderful experience staying at the City Center Hotel by Kasa! The stay really felt luxurious and the staff was super friendly and courteous. The only hiccup was a technical issue with our room lock late at night, after 11 pm, which was stressful since we also had an early morning flight. That being said, the unfortunate situation was handled well. We were able to reach the emergency help desk right away, and they promptly arranged a temporary room for us while they tried to contact maintenance. Within about 45 minutes, the general manager personally arrived and manually opened the lock so we could access our room. Aside from that brief moment of anxiety, everything else was excellent. We especially loved the comfortable and spacious beds. Overall we would absolutely recommend it and look forward to staying here again.
