The property was nice and rooms are very spacious. The extra sofa bed was a plus. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We were trying to get in our room when the desk agent came out of the elevator with a charged card for us. Hotel has good upgrades.

A family staying there as well was very loud. It woke us up several times. They were speaking in a different language (not English and not Spanish) so we couldn't tell if it really was an argument going. We were not sure where it was coming from either.

I stayed here 1 night with my duaghter, niece & mom. Checking in was easy although not the friendliest host. When we walked into our room, it was nice to see how big & spacious the room was. Put our stuff down & my daughter went in the bathroom to was her face & yelled out, "yuk the face towels are dirty, they have makeup all over them." I looked around & found someones old socks, micro was not cleaned & sofa bed mattress was dirty. We would have packed up & looked for another hotel, but we were all tired from a family viewing & had to be up early the next morning. But I did go to Target to buy towels & blankets to feel more comfortable with our own stuff. The ac & heater was load and keep in mind that if you're a light sleeper half the rooms face a busy street. The room/hotel definitely need a lot of upgrades.

Home away from Home!
Always friendly. We’ve stayed here at least once a year for the past decade. A lot of people we know are gone but one thing is still the same. Everyone is friendly!!

Comfortable Stay
Hotel lobby was being renovated. The building is dated and needs a lot of repairs. The hallways were very warm and the elevator always jerked when arriving 2nd floor. The breakfast was quite good but a guest had a bulldog that was aggressive inside the elevator and had to be visibly restrained. Room cleanliness was very good and the beddings were very comfortable. The bathroom drainage was terrible and so slow draining. The vent and the toilet seat shook at times. Pricing was very good and the hotel is very close to food options within a 1 mile range. Staff were extremely friendly. Looking forward to return when the repairs are completed.
