직원분들 친절하시고 청소도 깔끔히 관리하고 다 좋은데 어떤 특유의 냄새가 떠나질 않아요. 그것빼면 다 좋아요. 조식도 간편히 먹을 수 있고 좋아요.

인앤아웃버거 바로 옆 건물에 헐리우드거리와 가까워 접근성 최고
제목 그대로 위치가 정말 좋음. 오래된 건물 느낌은 어쩔 수 없겠지만 위치 때문에 포기할 수 없음. 수압은 약하고 방음 잘 안됨. 잠을 못 이룰만큼은 아니니 지낼만 함. 와이파이 잘 터짐. 치약칫솔은 없지만 드라이기 있고 샴푸와 수건이 많음. 수영장 이용시간 정해져있고 직원들 전체적으로 친절함. 이상 끝.

오래된 냄새가 나서 조금 않좋았지만.. 전반적인 가격대비 괜찮았어요. 호텔이 아니고 모텔이라고 생각하시고.. 2성급에서는 좋은수준이라고 보시면 될 것 같습니다. 호텔급과 비교하면 안되는거죠.. 참고하세요~

옆집이 인앤아웃이면서 할리우드까지 걸어서 5분거리, 유니버셜스튜디오까지 차로 10분거리, 그리피스천문대 차로 15분(꼭대기) 등 여행을 위한 접근성이 매우 좋은 장소를 가지고 있었습니다. 조식, 청소 등 관리상태도 훌륭해서 매우 만족했습니다~!

헐리우드에서 엄청 가까워요
우선 위치가 아주 좋습니다. 걸어서 헐리우드 거리까지 갈수 있어요 차를 갖고 계신 분은 체크인을 일찍해서 주차를 하시고(주차비 13달러는 별도 지불해야 합니다) 도보로 헐리우드 시내 구경을 하시면 비싼 시내 주차비 아끼실수 있을 것 같아요. 주변에 먹을 곳도 많고 주변 거리도 안전합니다.

헐리웃주변 저렴한 가격에 이용하였으나 좀 오래되고 청결도가 떨어지는것 같습니다. 방음은 거의 안된다고 보면됩니다. 다만 헐리웃거리가 가깝고 인앤아웃버거가 바로옆입니다.

너무 별로였어요.
캐리어 펼 공간도 없이 너무나 좁은 방에 복도로 나있는 창문 등 방문 열자마자 무서워서 못자겠구나 싶었습니다. 이번 여행의 마지막 숙박이었는데 느낌이 너무 안좋았어요. 싼 가격도 아닌데 이런데서 자야한다니 너무 후회되었어요. 벌레안나온게 신기할 뿐이네요. 돈 더 주고 좋은 호텔 이용하세요.

Terrible place
We have to leave just few minutes after checking in. When we go to our rooms they were so terrible that i haven't ever been place like that. 2 of us get allergic reaction. We didn't get our money back but we still decide left after 10 minutes staying to another hotel.This is terrible place.

By far the worst customer service I ever experienced. She was difficult, cold, and gave minimal effort. I almost felt like I was bothering her by checking in. And god forbid I had a question.. I was better off winging it. The room's heater didn't work, so I had to ask for an extra blanket but it was such a task to engage with her, I avoided it til the cold was unbearable. I got my blanket, but not before she yelled at the maintenance guy to bring it to me- it was seriously uncomfortable to watch her berate a grown man in front of customers. Speaking of uncomfortable, the "continental breakfast" was beyond disappointing. We chose this hotel specifically bc it was the only one in the area that offered breakfast and we wanted a full stomach before heading out for our busy day. The spread they offered was embarrassing. Cereal & toast. That's it. No juice. No eggs. No fresh fruit. And someone stands at the "door" to make sure you dont take anything back to the room. I left my beloved water bottle there upon check out, and not only did the lady deny having kept it, but she literally hung up on me when I called repeatedly for it. The front desk lady just made our whole experience awful. We went out of our way to avoid her, and will never return. The only good thing I could say abt the place was overall it was clean, a little small & dated, but clean nonetheless.

Walking distance to Hollywood Blvd and have a lot of options for food around the area. The pillows on the other hand were 5 small pillows, not the usual normal sized pillows. Was a bit uncomfortable to sleep on.

Room was clean but the ottoman looked like a coyote had chewed it and where the bathroom fan should have been there was just a hole in the ceiling with a non-working fan wedged up inside.

I liked 3 full sized beds and the pull out couch. I had 8 family members and that space worked well. Nice to have a pool and breakfast options.

The location was unbeatable, and I thought this hotel offered solid value for the price (clean, comfortable hotel and a respectable -if continental- breakfast buffet included). The bathroom was a little dated and the room small, but everything was functional, comfortable and clean.

Non-working AC
We stayed in room 207. The AC didn't work and the front desk sent someone up immediately. They couldn't figure it out, the gentleman left a couple times to work on it. Well, we left one of the times he left and it wasn't working on our return. It was very warm at night but we didn't complain or request a room change. They did deliver a blanket for our 5th guest and delivered a fridge on request. I would give the hotel a 3 out of 5.

The room was small but clean and nice. It was perfect for short stay. Breakfast was good. Good location for sightseeing. IHOP across the street for a late big breakfast and an In and Out burger next door for lunch or dinner. 7-11 close by. Staff was awesome and helpful. Cons: shower was a trickle, (most CA showers these days are like that.)

They don't have a hot tub! :-( but beautiful pool & they upgraded us for free to room w/ 2 bathrooms! Very comfy beds! :-) Breakfast better than most & staff nice. A little pricey & I wouldn't have agreed to pay the price when I reserved EXCEPT I'm pretty sure a hot tub was promised!!??? But I've been wrong before.... :-)

I was a little nervous after reading many reviews but I was pleasantly surprised by the property. It was clean and the room was nice. It is very conveniently located. We were able to get around very easily, Everything you need is within walking distance. The staff was nice and very accomodating. We had a late flight out and they kept our bags while we enjoyed out last day. Breakfast was ready every morning and was sufficient and varied. The staff kept the place clean on the grounds. I am an early riser and they were out every morning watering the plants and cleaning the driveway.

Convenient location and was clean and safe, but the layout of rooms was very strange, with no outdoor windows and windows facing the hallway instead. The lack of fresh air makes the rooms smell weird and the carpet could do with an update. Very thin walls - could hear people talking next door and in the hallway. Would be good if there was security to discourage the homeless people that occasionally hang around outside.
