The hotel was extremely quiet despite being by freeway. The bed was very comfortable! The room was very clean and spacious. There were some minor defects in our room that could use some attention to show the caliber Hotel they need to be. Overall the place was great and I would stay there again. The staff was extremely Pleasant and kind to deal with.

Jenny, the nice Filipina lady at the front desk was exceptional. She was very accommodating and made sure that our stay was comfortable. We were traveling from Mexico and were on the road most of the time, so coming back to a hotel where the service was great and the staff was hospitable made staying there worthwhile. Jenny deserves a raise!

Just a lovely atmosphere, friendly staff who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Lovely and clean rooms spacious and bright rooms. Restaurant was great easy food too and staff very accommodating. Most enjoyable stay and will definitely be using again on our next visit to Calabasas.
