We stayed at the Hilton for 5 days and it was such a good experience. The staff was wonderful, polite and helpful. The property was clean. The 3 biggest highlights was the refreshment station with different themes each day, along with free water! The shuttle service that takes you to anywhere in and around downtown long beach, and lastly the duckies that was such a highlight for our 6 yr old. The refreshments we also a huge hit with our kiddo. So all in all we would highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for all you do.

We stayed at the Hilton Long Beach right by the port as we were leaving on a carnival cruise the next morning. The staff that checked us in were very professional and friendly. I loved the ducks in the entry way and fountain. We took the free shuttle to the cruise port in the morning it was super convenient and the driver was nice.

Hotel is a great location and the shuttle is so helpful. Our room looked super nice and the bed was comfortable. Downfall was the room wouldn’t stay cool during the night.

Housekeeping was excellent very clean & polished rooms. Room service sucks, phone line is always busy had to called the front desk to get through when they felt like answering very frustrating.

So I gave it three stars just because I made sure I called and I asked chat if there was free shuttle to the cruise portal and a person and chat say yes it’s not . I would never have booked it. The shower pressure is very low not good at all goes in and out the cruise shower is way better the staff was nice and friendly
