The property was undergoing renovation and so the gym is not available. That is why I could not give a higher rating. The room was clean. The bath tub and shower unit is a little dated. The breakfast was really good. The staff was friendly. The location is excellent as it was close to the Claremont colleges where we spent our time during the trip to California.

This place is busted. It had all the facilities to be a nice place… but they were all broken, dirty, or out of service. The hot tub was out of service. The pool was dirty. The coffee machine was out of service. The main door way to my floor was broken. The sofa in my room was dirty and busted. The people were all very nice and did their best to make my stay comfortable which I really appreciated. Still this place is busted.

I would not stay here again. The hotel was under renovation, which I didn't find out until I drove into the hotel. The staff member who checked me in was quite unfriendly and charged me to park in a regular parking lot. I didn't see this mentioned when I booked the hotel. When I questioned this, he was very unhelpful. The rest of the stay was okay. The complimentary breakfast was good as was the dining room, but the rest of the hotel was a bit run down.
