I had a wonderful experience during my recent stay at this hotel. I flew in from Texas to spend two days with my family, and every aspect of our visit was exceptional. The service began perfectly with your free shuttle from LAX, and upon arrival, I was checked in by one of your front desk managers who was incredibly welcoming and helpful. Our room was very large, clean, and featured a very comfortable bed. Additionally, the location was very convenient for our trip to the Aquarium of the Pacific in Long Beach. My son, daughter, and granddaughter especially enjoyed the free continental breakfast, which was very good. I want to give an "A++++" to your entire staff—from the kitchen and housekeeping teams to the front desk. Thank you for making our family time so enjoyable.
