Service was excellent and staff were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The pool was picture perfect with the beautiful views of the ocean and stunning landscapes. On a positive: check in was relatively fast and accommodating, beautiful views of the ocean. On the other hand, room furniture was old, room was consistently not made up until early evening hours, phone calls for hotel services were not answered for up to 10 minutes, daily parking fees were unreasonably high.

The Resort is nice, but terrible service :( if u wanted something literally 5 to 10 min on the phone on hold for them to answer. Staff cero friendly! And really disappointing that we booked an Ocean View Bungalow and we had a Tree View instead! Not a piece of blue! It was building 40 and bungalow 402! The spa is nice though! But wouldn’t come back unfortunately… cero cero customer service and didn’t feel welcomed whatsoever….

Nice view and other than good service from the restaurants the overall experience was not vip and a bit overpriced for what you get. Waldorf Astoria, Calamigos Ranch, Monarch, etc other 5 star resorts make you feel VIP without needing to charge you for every perk or amenities

Our room was considered a standard ocean view and it had no ocean view. It was in building 22 and since it was on the lower floor, the view was blocked by the casitas in front of it. So I recommend booking a premier ocean view or if you book the standard ocean view, make sure you are on the second level. Otherwise, the resort is lovely. The staff are very friendly. We enjoyed a morning guided coastal hike with Morgan and Christos and also found the falcon talk very interesting.
