Great place to stay!! Cool view and great area will be back soon

The staff was friendly, the room could be better kept, as my sheets had stains on them, and the bathroom could use a remodel. The location is superb, and the views are amazing. I would say that it's worth it, but be prepared for some mess and a small bathroom.

The location of this property is perfect! Steps from the beach!! And because alcohol is not allowed on the beach, having a patio and a roof top deck, both with plenty of seating adds to the location. The room we stayed in was small but manageable for the two of us. The bathroom on the other had was VERY small......especially the shower......but functional for us. With all that said, given its location to everything Venice Beach has to offer, time in the room was limited. I would go back, my wife probably not.

Great staff , can't get any closer to the beach, great patio area for lounging, people and dog watching! We will be back!

Nice sitting area to watch the sun set!
