"Very nice property in the Santa Barbara area with close proximity to the freeway, restaurants and downtown Santa Barbara. Breakfast was great and they had a nice variety of options to choose from — much better than some of the breakfast areas I’ve seen at other hotels. Parking is a little tight but available. And they do have chargers. There’s a really nice Mexican spot next to the hotel which is one of my favorites (the albondigas is great)."

"Do not get fooled by this property. Looked at pictures online and they look nothing like what the property looks like. Tried to cancel room and was told I needed to contact hotels.com. Called hotels.com and they canceled, however they didn’t only charge me the cancel fee, the hotel also charged me the full night stay. Complained to hotels.com and they said they couldn’t do anything. Horrible experience all around with both hotels.com and this hotel. Have used hotels.com for decades and will not be using them ever again. "

"Excellent breakfast and great, clean rooms. For the price one pays for the room they should not nickel and dime you amd make you pay 15.00 a day for self parking. The room for one night was over 400.00. Way too expensive but took advantage of spring break and open house at UCSB. "

"The room is old, like staying at someone’s old apartment. No shampoo is available for guests. you have to request a blow dryer and an alarm clock if you need them. "
