"This hotel is located in nan luo guxiang food street, surrounded by countless restaurant options—my friend loved it so much. it's within walking distance to many attractions, making the location incredibly convenient. The front desk staff helped us book tickets for the Forbidden City and Tiananmen Square, and they even offer complimentary laundry service. They'll deliver your clean clothes to your room—super convenient! I feel I made the right choice and highly recommend it.

"Great location , walkable to shops and restaurants.
Very safe at night. The chef at breakfast suggested us to try the various local Chinese delicacies , they were delicious."
"Really appreciated the service attitude of the staff who were very friendly, including Ms 刘玉侠 who gave me warm packs, brought a fan and was timely and great in the cleaning of the room every morning!
Location was really good. 24/7 laundry machines at B1 were also really convenient.
Breakfast was convenient but not too much selection.
Lastly the doors do slam shut and they can be a bit loud, but it’s not a big issue.

"The location is great for good food and tourism. The beds were comfortable and changed daily. We felt right at home.
There are several hotels of the same name in the chain, nearby to each other, so make sure that you go by the address on the booking not the map directions which were wrong on Expedia for our booking."
Beijing Le Zai Nan Luo Gu Xiang Wang Fu Jing Forbidden City Courtyard Hotel

The service here is nothing short of exceptional. What truly stands out is not just the efficiency or professionalism, but the genuine warmth, attentiveness, and care shown by the team throughout our stay. Every interaction felt thoughtful and sincere, and it was clear that their priority was to ensure guests felt comfortable, supported, and truly welcomed.
Yuxin, LiLi, Xiao Yan, and Alice deserve special recognition. They are incredibly patient, kind, and attentive, consistently going above and beyond in ways that feel natural rather than transactional. Whether it was arranging transport, securing reservations at popular restaurants, helping us navigate local payment systems, or simply checking in on us while we were out enjoying the city, their care was constant and reassuring.
What made this experience especially meaningful was the sense of belonging they created. Staying here felt less like being in a hotel and more like being embraced by a family. Their presence added a human warmth that elevated our entire Beijing experience, making it richer, easier, and far more memorable.
This is hospitality at its very best—genuine, thoughtful, and deeply personal. I would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone visiting Beijing who values warmth, care, and a truly homely experience.
Sincerely,
Lee Family "
