"Had a wonderful time at Bally’s Shreveport, the rooms and accommodations were beautiful and clean. The Staff at the casino were so nice and friendly. Definitely enjoyed staying there. "

"Room 126 was clean and the bed was comfortable. The walkin shower was tricky but only because it was my first time. The shower rail fell due to one of the holders having a gap. I was able to get it back on but hopefully it gets fixed soon. Tge staff were very polite and the breakfast was solid!"
