โSo thankful to the whole staff for being so friendly and welcoming, but specifically ms Laura & ms Brenda. They went over the top to make us feel important and even brought my son a popsicle at breakfast. I donโt think weโve ever stayed at a hotel where everyone was so nice and friendly. โ
โThe room was nice, spacious, and overall clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. However, the night before we left, I called housekeeping and asked for clean towels and an extra bar of soap. The items never came even when the staff called to confirm that she would arrive in 5 minutes. She said it was a busy night for her, which was understandable so I didnโt want to bother to address the request again. โ
โEverything was great! The food was delicious (Shout out to the chef/cook)! Our beds were very comfortable! We enjoyed our stay here at Hampton Inn and we will definitely come back again real soon!โค๏ธโ
โALL of the staff were wonderful from front desk to housekeeping.
Only thing we didnโt like was not being able to adjust air conditioner thermostat โ
โI stayed 2 nights at Boomtown while in Shreveport for medical care. It was an excellent experience. The whole staff was very attentive and the front desk people were awesome...especially Katie. I will stay here again.โ
