โSo thankful to the whole staff for being so friendly and welcoming, but specifically ms Laura & ms Brenda. They went over the top to make us feel important and even brought my son a popsicle at breakfast. I donโt think weโve ever stayed at a hotel where everyone was so nice and friendly. โ
โExcellent hotels clean the employees were nice and the breakfast is good. And the lady who cooked the grits great job best grits ive never eaten.โ
โThe rooms were clean,pool area clean.The bed pillows are not comfortable at all.The staff was very welcoming and nice.This was our 1st time getting a room away from the casino and was very skeptical but overall it was good and we would definitely come again if needed.โ
โThe bathroom wasn't clean, and the towels has stains. There wasn't no "No Disturb" sign for housekeepers don't come in our rooms. They took the old towels away that we used for the floor but didn't replace them with new towels.โ
โThe room was nice and comfortable. We had a river view which was pretty at night. It was disappointing that there was no gift shop. Also most of the restaurants were closed due to it being a Wednesday. We had children with us so we had to walk all the way around to the pool area to get to the ESPN restaurant that was open, which was annoying. I am assuming that will be fixed when the renovations are done. The food was excellent we even went back for breakfast. โ
