I booked for a king bed but when i got there the room was 2 queens and I was told that it couldnt be changed. This was very inconvenient for my party and made the trip much less pleasant. I would not recommend booking through expedia again.

The property was quite and the area around the property was quiet. It was close to the expressway for easy access. I felt safe withe police department nearby.

The floor under air conditioner was soaked constantly from a leak. Refrigerator was broken, and didnt realize it wasnt working until the next day and food was ruined. Noisy. Maid service kept walking in, glad i wasnt undressing.

Tree branches cut and blocking many of the parking spots. Dropped off my 83 year old mom at the door to check in. I had to park way on the back side of the property. The guy at the desk could see me at the back door but made me walk all the way around with my bags. It was an unnecessary hassle.

Everything was good with the exception of not providing paper towels or plates. Placing food brought back on counters or in microwave was a problem. Other than that, the experience was excellent.

They let us check in early whiched was so helpful with out plans and was very easy going. I recommend staying here

Everything was good. We were looking forward to the pool being open and it wasn’t. The room temperature was very hot and there was no thermostat to change it. Bed was comfy and breakfast was good.

Get here at 5 and found out my room was gone
Booked two queen beds and arrived and was told that room was given to someone else and i had my two boys with me. I asked if a cot was available and was told no. Went outside and they scrambled around and found a room.

Excellent staff. Great breakfast. Amazing water pressure. Clean. No complaints. Anyone who gives this hotel a negative review is likely pretentious. For the price this hotel was perfect.

The hotel itself was your typical Holiday Inn Express. It was being remodeled and smelled of new carpet and glue. Clearly being upgraded. Room was good and clean. The difference maker was the staff! From check in to check out we had the most polite, respectful, helpful staff of any hotel I've stayed in, and I've travelled the world! They were fantastic!

Check in was extremely easy with friendly staff. The room was spacious. The bed was fantastic. Plenty a room in the bathroom. Nothing negative to say at all. The breakfast is probably the best I’ve had in two weeks travels. The eggs tasted like I made them at home and did not need doctoring up. The pancakes were good. Two types of sausage. And the oatmeal, it was real oatmeal, it was not cream of oatmeal. Every staff person I encountered was extremely friendly.

Staff was great. Overall, the room was fairly clean, except the black mold all over the bathroom was a clear problem.
