If you’re looking for a professional friendly staff and a clean appealing property, this isn’t for you. The hotel and location are mediocre - at best. We instantly regretted a 4 night stay but they charge you in full upfront. Upon checkout we spotted the manager and Bridges at the front desk who showed us hospitality but it was too late. Unfortunately we won’t be back.

Very convenient location. The hotel its self was ok. Nothing fancy but great price for one night. Room was clean. Good neighborhood. Beds were comfortable. Front desk staff were all nice. Lobby was nice and clean. Other reviews were talking about airplanes being loud…. you are directly across the Hwy frm the airport. Of course you will hear them. They didn’t bother us though. My only complaint (that’s not the hotels fault) There was someone near our room that was, what sounded like, bouncing a basketball until 2:00am. Started back up around 9:00. It was bad!

The bathroom floor was covered in hair and dirt. The tub had hair in it and the counter outside the bathroom was dirty and had some hair on it. The staff was not overly friendly either, except for the nice gentleman that checked us out this morning

This is a gem. Close to airport, convention center, and easy caccess to highways. Safe, spotlessly clean, and easy parking. Staff attentive.

My family and I had a great stay at the hotel. It was quiet, comfortable, and the staff were super friendly. You can also tell it's been newly updated/renovated so it was overall very nice décor and super clean. Would definitely stay here again when we come in to town.

Barking dog all night
The place was nice, comfortable and clean. But there was a dog in the room next to ours that kept barking all night so we barely got any sleep. Talked to the front desk and she said that the guest in that room snuck in the dog and did not pay for it. Normally dogs would not be on that same floor. I would have given a very low rating for the experience but it wouldn’t be fair to the hotel.

Room was large and clean. Breakfast was goodand well stocked. Close to Kentucky Expo. Walkable to some good restaurants.

We stopped in for 1 night after traveling all day. We had an easy check in, front desk lady was sweet and gave us extra bedding for the pullout bed. In the morning we had a pretty good breakfast with several options. Went to the front desk to see if they happen to have any deodorant for sale, unfortunately he didnt. As my husband was walking back to our room the front desk gentlemen ran and gave him a stick of deodorant he came across(yes new)! No charge he said! We really appreciated the hospitality! It was a nice stay. We will be back!

We loved our stay. Everything was clean, staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. We drove 4 hour's to see the lights under louisville. Im so glad we chose this hotel. It was near the airport. I enjoyed watching the planes landing and taking off. If in this area again we would definitely stay again.

This place is very nice and clean. Quiet which is nice as well and literally 4 mins from the airport. So very convenient . However if you don’t want to to be charged when you book it then they charge you anyway. I specifically chose the option to pay when I got here on Travelocity but was informed the owner doesn’t do that when I was ask why I was charged before I ever arrived. The option is on Travelocity so if it’s NOT an option then they shouldn’t be advertising on a site that offers it causing confusion etc when I get a notice that my card was charged hours before I arrived. Other than that it seems very nice. Haven’t had breakfast yet to give that a review. Front desk gentleman was very nice regardless of the charging issue…

Super quiet. Super convenient to expo center. No frills. But in today’s DoorDash era, having room service doesn’t matter to me. Breakfast was clutch

Really liked how clean it was. Hot breakfast including eggs and sausage was great. So close to the airport which we liked.

Very nice! Overnight stay for an early flight. Gentleman at front desk was very nice and told us about a place not too far to get pizza. We had a king room, very spacious and very clean, bed was super comfortable with lots of pillows. Absolutely would stay again if needed.

Perfect place for us as it’s very close to the Expo. Room was spotless & the bed was soooooooo comfortable. Just need to add sausage gravy at breakfast for us livestock people 👍
