Quality Inn & Suites University/Airport
One of the bathroom lights was not working at all, there was a roach crawling in the bathroom wall, the room smelled like cigarette smoke despite it being a non smoking room, the comforter looked stained, and the breakfast was cold. I've stayed at a Quality Inn before, so this was disappointing.

Had issues with the keys not working at first, so got another room. The view was great but room was ok, but the toilet kept running and we had a couple other issues with the room.
