“This was one of the most pleasant stays at a "hotel" I've ever experienced, I would have happily stayed more than one night if needed. The setting is lovely and peaceful. The room was quiet at night and our beds were comfortable. Our room faced the woods with a patio which we spent a lot of time on. The facility is on the older side, but everything was clean and organized and we had everything we needed. You can park close to your room and I love that it's only 2 stories with outside access...

“I stayed at this hotel for one night for our trip to the Blue Ridge Parkway. The room, the bathroom and in particular the bed were clean. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. The server in the restaurant was very kind and was making sure that every guest was enjoying the meal. “Hotel was very clean and staff extremely helpful. We booked this as an overnight after driving through Shenandoah and it was a great location off of the southern terminus. The pool was nice for our kiddo and the free breakfast was exceptional. Would definitely stay here again!”

“The property is a beautiful old home from 1800's. The grounds are well kept and the bathrooms are upgraded beautifully. There are fire pits for cooler weather. It was off season so the pool and hot tubs were not available. The game room is very fun and the parlor had some snacks and drinks.”

“The images online are very misleading. The Econo Lodge part is the outdated two story building in the back, not the one in the front. Anyone, hotel guests or not, can access the building. Your room door is the only door you can lock. The carpet was like soaked in smoke even when it claims to be a smoke-free facility. The first room we were assigned was not cleaned yet. Though the front desk staff immediately changed the room for us, the second room was only slightly better with empty trash can...

“Beautiful suite! Fast wifi. Washer/dryer in big walk in closet. Keurig in kitchen. Nice big bathroom. My only negatives were that it wasn't as accessible as i thought. My wheelchair fit through doors, but there wasn't a grab bar near the toilet or in the tub/shower. Also the bed wasnt very comfortable. But everything else was excellent! ”
