“We were very upset to find that the restaurant was not open and did not get told of this when booking and before arrival. It was very upsetting after a 10 hr flight to have to walk to another hotel to get a meal.”

“The staff was the worst I’ve experienced in my month of traveling England. They weren’t friendly or helpful and made me feel like it was a burden staying there. And I stayed 3 nights. And there’s absolutely nothing close by where you can eat. The cook was the only pleasant person. The place has absolutely no warmth to it.”

“공항을 이용하기위해 하루 숙박을 했는데 너무 좋았어요 호텔에서 걸어 놀스터미널 셔틀타고5분 사우스터미널 완젼 편리했어요 로비에 있는.레스토랑도 맛있었어요”

“공항과의 접근성은 훌륭함. 다만 공항 호텔이라는 특성상 방의 크기나 상태등은 가격대비 만족도가 좀 떨어짐”

“별로에요. 조식 품질도 낮습니다.”

“Covienient to the airport, safe and good breakfast. ”

“It was a wonderful day ! Desk attendance is wonderful! Breakfast is a super service! I would like to stay Holiday Inn in Gatwick airport by IHG again! Thank you for your service! ”

“The staff were very helpful, the rooms were clean and the breakfast was excellent. The only thing difficult was check in. They’ve got kiosks to check yourself in using your confirmation code. That is easy if you book direct through the hotel but because I booked through Expedia, I only received one confirmation code for my booking of 3 rooms (all under one reservation). Because if this I needed help to check in by a staff member who was extremely helpful. But everything else was great”

“having been here once before i was looking forward to my stay, however i was in a different room inside the main building, while the room was very comfortable and roomy it did seem a bit dusty and damp, Sadly during my two night stay the tv was unavailable due to local Aerial problem, while i understand this wasn't the hotels fault it was very disappointing. Also no fridge was available which i was expecting as my last room had one. The large bath tub was much appreciated . A lovely outlook...

“Lovely stay”

“It was very cold in the room and after few hours they turn it on to get warmer but still very cold and I got very sick. It was very far from everything, no shops, no public transportation, nothing was around. Just dead area the way I was so scared to sleep in the room which was out of building. 3 a.m till 5 a.m so much noise like some one was working on the next room.”

“This is a gem we intend to return too having only booked one night we did not get to use the pool etc. The staff were incredibly friendly, both receptionist and especially at breakfast Yes as people have said you are on a golf course and it feels a bit intrusive overlooking the putting green but thats why there are curtains 🙂 Thank you for such a pleasant stay”
