일단 집 바로 앞에서 탁발을 볼수 있어서 너무 좋았고 kone이라는 분이 정말 친절하게 도와주셔서 자전거, 탁발, 공항 모두 쉽세 할수 있었고 정말 행복했습니다

clean and nice place

Staying at Phonepraseuth Guesthouse was great. At first, we didn't know where the bamboo bridge is. So, we walked a long distance from night market to hostel. But, after fining bamboo bridge, walking is quite shorter. Staffs were so kind and helpful. Breakfast was perfect.

중심부에서 멀지만 깔끔하고 양호한

실내는 사진보다 괜찮고 깔끔했습니다. 벌레 걱정도 전혀 없었습니다. 다만 샤워기 수압이 너무 세고 온도 조절이 잘 되지 않아 불편했어요 후기들 중 탁발이 숙소에서 보인다는 평이 있었는데 어떤 호실에 배치받느냐에 따라 다른 것 같습니다. 제 방은 전혀 안그랬습니다. 그래도 중심가까지 가지 않아도 숙소 주변을 도는 탁발 행렬이 매우 소규모로 있었습니다. 다 좋지만 중심가에서 떨어졌다는 것이 단점입니다. 자전거를 무료로 빌려주지만 그걸 끌고 뱀부브릿지를 건널 엄두가 전혀 나지 않아 사용하지 않았습니다. 뱀부브릿지가 처음엔 매우 무섭지만 건너다보면 낭만적이어서 숙소 선택에 후회는 하지 않습니다. 또 중심가까지 약 10분만 걸으면 됩니다. 야시장까지 걸어서 10분, 여행안내소까지 15분 정도.. 루앙프라방 중심을 도는데 불편하지는 않았습니다. 문제는 공항에서 숙소까지 가는 길이 불편했습니다. 지도에서 보이는 것과 달리 삥 돌아서 뱀부 브릿지를 건너야 하더군요. 그 외에는 만족스러웠습니다

This is a quaint and quiet property. It only has two stories. It's nicely decorated with succulents and has a dining area separate from the main building. The rooms are decent but a little tight for two twin beds. Some fruit flies or some types of flies stayed in the bathroom even though we tried to eliminate them. Overall, this property was worth the stay and I would recommend it for anyone who wants to stay in LP but not where are the tourists are.

Really lovely owner who took us to the airport as he was already due to pick someone up. Room was quite small but sufficient for a few days, and clean. Good air con. Quiet. Some smells coming in from outside as we were the last of the block like sewage and burning but not the fault of the hotel. The boat ride across to get into town is very easy, 10000kip pp. It's a couple minutes from the hotel. Goes 10-10 daily. Don't have to wait long. Overall good value for money.

Schoon hotel, prima kamer, aardig personeel. Helaas moesten wij na 2 nachten van kamer wisselen terwijl we er maar 3 nachten bleven slapen. Locatie is opzich prima, maar het centrum ligt net aan de overkant van het water waardoor je of een half uur moet lopen of met de boot moet. Deze boot gaat alleen helaas niet de hele dag.

Zeer aangenaam verblijf in een ruim, traditioneel Lao huis. Zeer attente en vriendelijke bediening. Fijne locatie, weg van het drukke centrum…dus de gratis fietsen kwamen goed van pas. Top adres.

Average. Poor location

Average at best. Not convenient location at all, have to walk to a boat to get across the water and into town. No bamboo bridge. Nothing else really in the area apart from one restaurant. Hotel and rooms a bit rundown, towels very old. 4 nights and only had room cleaned once. Does not live up to the reviews or the rating

Clean, comfortable, very friendly. Great value.

We enjoyed staying on the far side of the river from town. Very quiet and relaxing. Exceptionally clean guest house which is a very good value for the money. The staff could not be more accommodating or friendlier. Really, really wonderful people.

Staff were wonderful, helpful. Having access to a loaner bicycle was nice. Internet access fine. Breakfast choices yummy :-) - My only complaint would be old TV, poor reception

Hébergement quelque peu éloigné du centre-ville de par le fait que le bamboo bridge était détruit au moment de notre passage. Des vélos dans un état discutables étaient à notre disposition. Grands espaces disponibles pour apporter et manger sa propre nourriture acheter sur la rue. Personnel très agréable un papa et son jeune fiston. Accueillants et serviables!

Nice place

It was a good stay, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is ok but you have to cross the river to go downtown it’s 10k each person to take the boat and it takes 1 minute to cross. If you have a scooter is around 7-8 minutes. The owner helped us to rent a scooter for a fair price. Its a very quiet area so its good to rest. The only star missing is that the bed is not very comfortable.

朝ごはん付きと書いてあったがコーヒーだけだった。ほぼ誰も泊まっていなかったにもかかわらず、最初に通された部屋はエアコンが動かなかった。不便な場所なので、チェックアウトして空港に行く際、トゥクトゥクも、バイクタクシーも来てくれず困っていたら、「空港までバイクで送ってあげるよ」と。ただし相場のおよそ2倍。お断りして、エアコン付きの車を呼んだ。こちらのほうが安いので。ただ、自転車は無料で貸してくれました（スタッフによってはお金を取ろうとした）！総合的に考えて、もう泊まることはありません。

Lovely older French colonial building, clean rooms, friendly staff. The only downside was a terrible shower. The bamboo bridge has been taken down so you need to get a small ferry across. Not a problem except early morning not in service.

Great location away from the craziness of the main area of town. This also means a walk to get to the tourist area. The closest bamboo bridge was down. I liked the extra walk. The Guesthouse was clean, quiet, comfortable and quaint. I loved it!

I review this property before but for just 1 night. This is now a further 4 nights. The place is very well located for town subject to the Bamboo bridge being there out of rain season. The staff are excellent and speak enough English to get things done well. Rooms are clean and if at the back beautifully quiet. Breakfast is great, Baguette and your choice of eggs, and a fruit plate, plenty of coffee and Tea. Oh and only 2 miles from the airport, in a residential area. Overall great stay.

Great place to stay, no distance to all the action via the bamboo bridge in dry season. Comfy beds and good shower. Good breakfast.So Quiet. The neighbourhood is residential to rural there qte a few restaurants nearby and shops and a laundry.

Very quiet area opposite side of river than main city but only short walk. Very welcoming nice people run this place. Recommended peaceful guesthouse.

This was a perfect 3 week stay for a very reasonable price. The room, location, breakfast and incredible staff made our stay both memorable and noteworthy. The owner manager treats you like family and we thoroughly appreciated it. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay again. Robert
