"The rooms and amenities were excellent, the breakfast provided daily had a good selection to start your day. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The extra amenities in the room were a bonus (kettle for coffee and tea, in the hallway there was extra coffee, tea and cookies if you wanted a snack) The location right beside the train station and across the road from Lucca City Center make this hotel ideal, we would highly recommend it and will definitely stay here again"
